Good Supplements For PE

Hey guys I’ve been thinking about supplements for PE or even just increasing erection quality.

Some that come to mind are l-arginine and nitric oxide these are very popular in the fitness community. They help achieve a better “pump” by supplying more blood to the muscle in turn making them grow larger in the recovery process

So this same method will work for penis enlargement too? What are y’all’s thoughts on using these two?
Also if you have any other supplements y’all know of please share!

Also are there any PE creams that work?

I just read a post about 4androstenediol cream for use in PE if applied to the penis

One of the best things you can do for PE and EQ is to eat a heart healthy diet. That diet is good for your heart because it keeps your arteries open for good blood flow to your heart and that also means good blood flow to your penis.

Depending on how you eat now, it might mean a total lifestyle change, but it is a change worth making. I did it years ago and it continues to be well worth it.

In addition to diet improvements, it also helps immensely to have a consistent exercise program. Chose something you like to do, so you stick with it.

Sorry, I know you asked for a quick pill fix, but this fix is much better.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Very interesting.. Good to see you made this thread texan.. Can’t wait till more people get back to you.. But I’m definitely looking into heart healthy dieting :)

As far as actual PE, I would save erection-enhancing supps until you have a lot of PE under the belt and at a plateau for gains. Plenty of injuries from too extreme PE without.

I do supps for popping bigger loads and EQ. On bigger loads, plenty of water, Lecithin and Celery Seed seem to be about the biggest bang for my buck. On EQ, cardio and l-arginine (AAKG) or a nitric oxide supp give me biggest gains. I also take wolf berry, and a piece of 85% or higher cocoa chocolate - these give a slight EQ boost, but are also good for health as well.

If you read a bunch of the first and last pages of the 4androstenediol cream thread, I think that’s been debunked.

That could be hit or miss. I know I could never totally switch my eating patterns. I’m a very, VERY, picky eater. I only eat what tastes good to me and is very easy to fix regardless of what perceived “benefit” it might have. That’s not going to change.

Also for three and a half years I tried the exercising thing and got absolutely no benefit out of it. I tried it again for nearly a year back in 2012 and it still didn’t work so I don’t want to go to any gym anymore. My body type is very thin for my height and it’s my belief that I won’t respond to any type of exercise because of it.

So for me in my situation I’m going to keep on searching for that quick pill fix.

Arginine/Citrulline, fish oil and Magnesium if you are deficient. These mainly seem to help with blood flow.
