I starting taking glucosamine for my joints, it was recommended by a friend of mine. I was wondering if glucosamine has any positive affects on PE as well.
Lol I doubt it.
I have been taking glucosamine/chondroitin for a long time now. It sure fixed up my hip joint, but i don’t think it did anything in the PE department. It took a couple of months for it to start working for me, but I went from taking Ibuprofen daily for the pain down to zero after 3 months.
If you’re looking for pain relief cissus-rx and GH are v good.
It is not clear whether it has positive effects, negative effects, or no effects on PE.
I’ve also taken glucosamine/condroiten for years. I spent a great deal of time hanging last year, and I never gained. I don’t know if the g/c was the cause. I gained well earlier from the newbie routine while taking the supplements, so the supps probably weren’t the problem.
Alright thanks for your comments, I was just curious. I’m also wondering if it’s true that your joints (fingers, toes, arms, etc.) will no longer crack, or at least crack less frequently because of glucosamine. This is what my friend told me, but I’m not sure if it is totally true.

Hmmm. I’d never heard that. I’ve been on glucosamine/chondroitin for a couple years now ever since I discovered my 80 year old mother’s doctor had put her on it. If an old lady can take it several times a day, I could too and it might help prevent some of the aging things that happen to joints. Well, I just tried to crack my knuckles and couldn’t. I haven’t done that in a long time so I don’t know how long I’ve been unable to do it. I’d say, from one person’s experience, that what your friend said is true.
It won’t have an effect on PE dude, it’s the same material that’s found in cartilage, hence it helps you to keep rebuilding it as your body cannot produce it. I take it too, because my knees are f****d from my days of skateboarding.
I didn’t think so I just wanted to throw it out there and see what responses I got.
