i take mega doses (9 large capsules)daily of INHOLTRA which is mainly glucosamine/chondroitin. seems to help in length gains during my 4 months of hanging. the only reason i take a known brand is to be sure i’m not getting two scoops of horseshit and one of dog in lieu of reported ingredients.
