Your overall health is important as it affects you down there as well. What supplements do you take to keep you health and young. I believe taking certain supplements can slow down ageing. People say I look 10 years younger than my age, been taking anti oxidants since my teens. I take selenium, vitamin C and turmeric. And make sure I get enough protein.

I know people might say why would I want to keep looking younger, all I can say helps getting laid lol. So what are your anti ageing tips?

Anyway I have never ever taken any supps before I now have some skin creams and supps like multivitamins but that’s about it. The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yeah got to get back to working out. I have been thinking of using the sauna, too detox, but don’t know if it bunch of garbage. Health is very important and keep testosterone level optimum. When I was sick a few years ago, my dick size decreased by by more than 0.5 inch! But with some stretches back to 8 inches. I read that some sickness can decrease penis size.

I agree with this 100%. I would add that it’s OK to do some bad stuff as long as it’s in moderation.

All of the above plus anything you can do to stimulate HGH (human growth hormone) output, namely working out, caveman diet, and getting enough sleep.

All above points are great and very valid, however I would be interested to know if there are any supplements that you all think really help or are worth to consider. Perhaps some anti-oxidants and if so, which ones?

I know that scientific studies are hard to come by when it comes to actual clinical tests of these sorts of supplements, which is why it would be good to hear from individual thoughts and experience or any reasoning behind your choices.

Actually fasting has been shown to help reverse some of the signs of aging. That and frequent periods of a more plant based diet are known to lower cholesterol and help reverse some forms of heart problems and lesser aggressive tumors. However, it’s not healthy to cut out all animal proteins or go more than two days a week without eating.

There is no need to take supplements if you get everything you need from diet. Just take the Russian Olympic team for example. They laugh at us for having “the most expensive piss in the world” because our guys were taking handfuls of supplements in the locker room and they were only eating healthy food.

I used to be way too into supplements but I found the same effects can be obtained through food and different exercise practices…. lactic acid resistance training for NO2 release, moderate reps and time under tension for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, heavy weight low reps for testosterone and myofibrillar hypertrophy, and less protein than conventional bodybuilding preaches with more fresh fruits and vegetables for carbs.

The problem is would the government allow it to the public, if not will they ever? Will only the rich be able to afford it. (shit imagine all the rich and powerful people in control alive forever lol)

How will it affect the world, will we become a more mature race? for once not repeating the mistakes of the past because we lived through it? Will there be civil wars/riots against such changes to the body. (anyone played Deus Ex: HR ;) )Will we ever solve the problem to the human population. Will we be able to send humans far away into space because they can live that long?
