Cayenne and Ginger alone without yohimbine are not strong enough to boost EQ in short term. Yohimbine alone can restore your EQ but cayenne and ginger come along because they double the effect of yohimbine and regulate good blood circulation from your feet to your head; it means to your entire body. If you have poor blood flow or too much sugar in your blood your EQ will be affected; but when you take this combination it helps to regulate the blood and boost it.

About yohimbe bark I don’t know how many mg of yohimbine are on it. Hope people remember that only yohimbine is considered aphrodisiac not yohimbe bark or extract.

People should be very careful with this one:

Yohimbine itself has been noted to cause excessive stimulation of the nervous system, it has rarely fared well in clinical trials due to its high side effect profile, and the fact that the toxicity dose and therapeutic dose make it very easy to overshoot.

YohimBE is more dangerous, because it contains other alkaloids that are active in the body, not just yohimbine.

Thanks for your advice I will try 1 table spoon of the pepper and 1 table spoon of ginger powder.

I want to be able to keep cum about 7 or 8 times and get good hard erections so I need to increase my blood circulation.

The longest I can last for sex is 2.5 hours really want to get to 3. Can not wait to try this mix.

Ok so I bought my Cayenne pepper and minced ginger how long should I wait before effects kick it.

Doesn’t pure cayenne powder absolutely burn you up? I am very sensitive to spicy things. Even mild chicken wings will make me sweat.

I have taken Yohimbe in the past and it made me very jumpy and nervous.

For the past 3 days I have been taking half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and half a teaspoon of minced ginger mixed into water.

Let me tell you something these shots are intense your face will turn red as the pepper burns but you feel a burst of energy.

I had sex with my gf on day 3 and she noticed my erection was harder than usual. I have noticed more erections since taking this combination.

My recovery time while taking gingershots + cayenne pepper is amazing and never realized it’s full effect ‘till I haven’t taken them in the last few days. I haven’t PE’d in the last 2 days either.

What about taking Cayenne in capsule form that is prepackaged from a nutritional section of a store. What should be looking for there? Obviously, I have the same questions with Ginger Root.

Damnit guys. I’m sick of this “cure in a pill” mentality for things like this.

The taste of cayenne takes such a long time to actually start “activating”. If you have some powder, take a pinch of it and taste it. Tada, just about nothing to taste. If you want it to burn, suck on it for a bit. Swallow it before that.

If you’re sensitive you might start feeling it in your stomach. Now for the consumption of ginger. Just have some ginger tea if you’re so inclined. It’s an age old recipe, I think originally invented by East Indians. Still, nothing hard to make. Add some honey. It’s quite tasty.

If you eat the cayenne pepper first the ginger tea mixes and reacts quite well. I have ginger shots, same thing as the tea, more concentrated.

Both ginger and cayenne are available for next to nothing.

This alone increases my EQ by about 2 fold.

The ginger and cayenne shots I have are great. I will continue taking them and try to increase the amount to 1 teaspoon per shot. My body is still adjusting to the pepper!!!

I would try keeping it at a low dosage then work your way up. I started at 1/3 a tea spoon of cayenne pepper and 1/3 tea spoon of minced ginger. I have recently worked my way up to 1/2 tea spoon of each. If you do too much at once your going to burn!

Be careful with these shots they are intense and you need to drink them in one shot! Their will be a great burning feeling I recommend keeping water near by or milk. Milk is the best thing to cool you down!
