Any of you guys in the know.. How does this look for the green tea extract?

It looks like it would be 120 days supply for $10???..

Or do I have this wrong??

BigJ, check your PM.

As for the 3 hours after a meal protocol, I believe that is also because an excessive rise in GH could potentially lead to compliations if you have and evil little mutant DNA hanging about. The idea is to have enough food to repair damage but not to grow. He recommends ideally 1 meal per day! He also states how the formula could be abused by “body builders”.

Yeah, I read that stuff too..

I think one meal a day is really pushing it. As a male we need at least 1500 - 2000 calories a day just to exist. I doubt I could get by on one meal a day without starving to death.

As far as bodybuilders abusing it, I think the only bodybuilders likely to abuse it are probably already abusing other substances much more powerful than upping your own production of gh a bit..

I have to say I am very interested in getting all of this stuff started,

J.

Observation and question.

Observaton: So I’m now 3 weeks into FOY. I’m definitely seeing a smoothening of my facial skin and the crow’s feet are reduced. Also, my eyes are more shiny, like that of a younger man.

On the flip side, my skin is getting slightly greasier, and this one small excema-like patch of dry skin is a bit more prominent, just like in younger days.

I think this FOY formula stimulates secretion in general: grease, tears, saliva.

Question: Have any of you FOY veterans tried reducing the intake, either by taking the formula less often or in smaller amounts? I’m thinking of doing this. The reason? Well… I’m just suspicious of anything that seems to work too well. There’s often a negative side effect. Once the effects seem to plateau (in a few weeks?), I may reduce my intake to 5 or 3 times a week and see if the effects persist.

No doubt, I also seem to break out more and produce more oil. My workouts have been great and strength increases keep on happening. Also just an observation when I went out with the guys from the forum and drank a lot of extremely strong drinks and maybe got three hours sleep normally I would have been shot for the day but I was ok and played basketball for 2 hours with my son and his friends. Also I notice my nails are growing really fast. As far as cutting back I wouldn’t even think of it right now as long as it’s working for me.

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

Interesting that we’re all seeing more glandular activity.

As for cutting back, what I’d like to do is see how low I can go and still see the benefits. It just seems safer.

Are you all taking polyphenols to counteract possible cancer activity that the
longerhealthylife website talks about? I drink a cup or two of green tea daily
for this reason.

Actually, the only thing unsafe is greater cell division can increase the chances of cancer due to accumulated genetic damage.

The polyphenols should take care of that.

That being said, I believe that this is actually IMPROVING your health!

I personally see not reason to decrease the dosage. GH is considered the youth hormone, because it keeps you younger and healthier (when its your own GH).

If I thought that this in any way was harmful…I wouldn’t do it.

This is the part of the study that gets really sketchy. How would you proove that polyphenols prevent cancer in FOY users? Doing the FOY study is fairly straightforward, since the results are pretty quick and positive. But showing that cancer won’t develop in 10-20 years hasn’t been done. That’s all speculation. I think Parr simply grabs something that has been implicated as a possible cancer preventor in some other context, but he has no data to back up the hypothesis that with green-tea extract, FOY is safe. None.

Of course, neither do I have any particular reason to think it’s unsafe. It’s just that no study has been done, and I’m a bit wary of mucking with hormones in general, especially when they seem to have clear effects.

By the way, did y’all notice that the FOY paper was published in a journal called “Medical Hypothesis.” Just thought I should point that out.

Okay, enough wet blanketing. This is still really exciting!
