I discovered this fruit in a Chinese tea which is supposed to boost circulation and sperm production, sounds good as a PE supplement.

Ah yes. I recognize this stuff now. It’s called the goji berry too. They have goji juice for sale at some stores and delis around here, but the price tag for a quart is something like $36.

PEing since Jan 1st, 2003

My tea only costs about $5 for 20 teabags! I bought it in a Chinese grocery shop in Paris

“The beautifying property of Goji fruit may have some scientific basis after all which may justify its use in skin-care cosmetics, as recent laboratory studies not only demonstrated its antioxidant effect but also its ability to increase dermal hydroxyproline level in mice, indicating increased collagen synthesis. All these effects are good for the skin”

I found this interesting passage from this website:

Since we are all trying to increase the amount of collagen in our penis, it sounds like the perfect food!

dongalong,

I appreciate the effort you have put into trying to help all of us with this info, but honestly I can’t read your posts as I cannot look away from your avatar!

I buy dried Goji berries for £6.75 per 500g.

They make an excellent smoothie combined with raw organic Cacao nibs and Maca powder.
I tend to use a mix of either un-sweetened Cranberry\Pomegranate juice and low fat Milk.

You’re right about the detox\beautifying properties, my back has completely cleared up of all blackheads, Acne etc, plus I’ve actually had comments said to me that I’m apparently looking younger?

Shortly after drinking the smoothie, I have a quiet, serene feeling wash over me, which lasts for about half an hour, after that comes an up-surge in energy and I feel fantastic. It’s almost like it gives a boost to my self esteem and I’m ready to take on the World?

LOL, yours is rather hypnotising too!!!
Glandolf, I’m going to buy some today, how many berries do you consume per day?

I’m eating some now, they look like elongated red raisins and taste quite pleasant, not as sweet as raisins.

They are the kind of thing that you can snack on all day without getting fat!

Do you have to eat the fruit or would a supplement pill suffice? I have just seen these on offer from my supplement provider and it seems to be more convenient then to just keep buying the berries. Would you still get results? Same question for pomegranate extract I am thinking of supplementing with these two.

I’m sure the pills will provide you with some goodness but I think that there is a disadvantage taking it that way.

The operation of putting the berries into your mouth takes a similar amount of time as putting pills there, plus you benefit from the taste and fibre etc. contained in the fruit.

Apparently the daily dose of berries is 10-30 grams or about a hand full - more is not recommended because too much selenium is toxic.
I bought some chocolate and yoghurt covered berries yesterday which is an even more enjoyable way to consume them.

I was thinking along the lines of it being cost affective. With 120 pills costing £8 rather than spending that much a week on the actual berries.
