I just recently bought an extender and planning to use it for about 100 hours a month..
I’ve been reading about collagen type 2 supplements and I believe they could help a lot in gains, I’m planning to buy:
MSM Creme for after the sessions
VitaminC ascorbic acid 5,5g a day
MSM 1000-2000mg a day
Collagen type2 3000mg a day
Chondroitin Sulfate 200mg a day
Hyaluronic Acid 100 mg a day
What do you think about this?
Will it help/ or not?
I’ve read about guys who had great results with collagen while others say it’s bad, so can any one please help me with this?
