Guys I was wondering which are the best every day to use supplement for raising testosterone and erection quality and what is also a good PE supplement to cycle?

This is my understanding but do your own research to see what you think….

To raise T d-aspartic acid 3g per day on an empty stomach. It seems to be the best natural supplement, however it will also raise Estrogen levels. So you need to take a supplement to erase the E. It can be difficult to get the right ratio. I use Natures way DIM. Its a patented formula, my understanding is most of the non patented versions have very little bioavailability.

As for EQ try Horny Goat weed. I have used Vitacost Horny goat weed and recommend it. (1200mg complex 20% Icariin) When using it I will take 8 per day. The suggested serving is 4 per day. Defiantly start on the low side to see what you actually need. For me this stuff is damn near like taking Cialis. The key is you need to get the real stuff, lots of companies are selling low quality supplements and lie on the labels. Don’t expect to get CHEAP AND GOOD Horny Goat weed. The wholesale price has went through the roof.

I don’t think any supplement to raise T would be good taken on a daily basis, you need to let your body go back to normal mode. I personally cycle all my supplements even down to multivitamins.

Can’t this be done naturally?

All you need is zinc, coffee, and a little hot sauce with one meal a day. Serious, that’s it.

I’ve done a lot of studying and experimenting with supplements and found T-boosters are effective, but they can just as easily over stress your body and wear out your adrenal system causing unnecessary fatigue that can demotivate you from pe. If you want a boost in T naturally without paying extra cash for herbs and pills you most likely wont need if you’re under 35 and healthy, change your diet. Eat mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and chicken (beef and pork every other day or less), some grains but not too much wheat, and healthy fats(except for a few hours before pe). For the most part I recommend 12hrs or fasting with pe during that time…. I get better erections when I’m hungry and the libido strong enough to bang the freckles off a redhead and all of her friends.

Zinc is only recommended if you ejaculate more a couple times a weak and sweat from exercise regularly. Hot sauce and any herbs like turmeric, basil, garlic, ginger, etc will help in more ways to improbe flood flow and healing. Coffee, green tea, B vitamin rich foods, ect will help you with stronger erections and the little boost needed to PE when you’re tired. Just time caffeine right with the 6hr half life as too much can cause negative PI. Go for a cup of coffee 3-4 hours before you PE or a cup of medium strength green/black tea before your session.

I use most however no so much fresh fruits I have been diagnosed with fructose/methane intolerance and many people are just do not know it.
