Ephedra

Well today is the first day in a WHILE that I will not take this stuff. I will have to switch to coffee for a while, then I will quit that too. I have been wondering how much more I would be gaining, if I didn’t take it. I have gained 3/4”girth in the last six months, but wonder how much I would have gained without it. I am also wondering if it is making my length gains hard to come by. Has anyone else stopped taking this stuff, and it made a difference??

In a month or so, I will report the difference for me.

In Prevention magazine, it says one must watch out with Aphedra as well as L-arginine for it can flare-up of genital herps,so don’t use it if you have this sexually transmitted disease.

It used to do that to me. Guess I have been on it too long.

I wouldn’t expect that you’d gain more than what you have, especially since .75” is a lot of girth. Ephedra affects different people differently. It definitely doesn’t shrink anything on me.

Ephedra products have never made any difference in my dick size or erection levels. I usually cycle it to make the best use of it though.

It gave me “temporary” shrinky dick, but did not impact my permanent gains in anyway, plus I lost weight. The one main drawback for me was the decrease in my flaccid size (again temporary) when I used to take it. Psychologically, this was not great for my ego, but at least I knew it would disappear if I stopped using the ephedra.
