Hi,

After a long trial period (about 6 months) I have found that arni-care cream (contains E216, E218, different oil types) does not work in increasing the healing rate of the penis. Arnicare heals bruises. Does anyone know any creams which can be bought from Boots (UK) which are proven to increasing the healing rate of the penis? Cheers

No.
The only way you will increase the healing rate of collagenous tissue is to remove any inflammation present, for which ice works better than anything. If there is no inflammation, there is nothing you can really do to speed healing rate.

Do you have a specific injury, or are you just trying to reduce the time between PE sessions? I’m guessing the latter.

I am trying to reduce time between sessions; I do not want to take herbs/viagra, due to expense and personal reasons, hence the need for a cream which will speed up recovery. I have heard from threads that vitamin E cream does achieve this to some extent, what are your thoughts?

Ice. That’s about it. Vitamin E won’t help. Herbs and Viagra won’t help. Rest, that is leaving your penis alone between sessions, may help it recover a little faster. But anything you do may only make a tiny, tiny difference; tissues recover at the rate they recover at. PE is a marathon, not a sprint. If you don’t have patience, there is no point thinking you will be successful with PE. Just be consistent and use heat. That will get you there faster and more reliably than any other method. And if you are concentrating mostly on length, using longer time stretches or hanging (which promote creep) fatigue is not a problem; you don’t want lots of recovery. If you are going for girth and using methods that cause more cellular ‘breakdown’ (most girth methods do), you do need more recovery.

…I have wondered if the corpus cavernosa type of muscle fibers will be assisted in "locking in" it’s stressed/expanded state, with a post-engorged "ice bath"…much like the lineman used to so after getting swole from max sessions in the weight room:
