I got a bowl, poured in some milk, scooped a bit natural yogurt in, sprinkled a lot of cayenne then mixed it up then massaged it on to my dick. Next time I will skip the milk and just use yogurt to get a thicker cream.

I am pretty certain that milk products neutralise the cayenne chemicals in peppers etc.

I used to finely chop chillies and place them in sealed Grolsch Beer bottles with extra virgin olive oil to let them permeate the oil.. Great stuff to cook steak in if you like very hot.. Would be an interesting exercise to do for Jelq lubrication.. Though you may want to have something close by if it gets to “hot” :D

Buffalo wing sauce with honey should work too. Or CapasiumP creme.
