Combination Of Supplements - Risky Or Not ?

Big hello to Thunder’s community, I recently ordered few different supplements, mostly in form of pills, and I need some thoughts if they are safe to be consumed together in the same time, or together at all. It is kind of a hard to get informations online regarding to this since there are few different products.

All of them I will be using for the first time, some of them I decided to buy based on “holy grail of cum thread” and some of them based on my personal needs. Since I am having trouble falling a sleep I decided to try one product, also I hot something to improve your mood and wellbeing. I am positive guy but too much overthinking about problems and stuff, not panic at all, but overthinking alot. I want to see will this change anything.

Here is the list of items:
- 5-HTP 100mg ( mood help )
- Melatonin 1mg ( sleep help )
- L-arginin L-ornithine L-Lysine in one
- Maca root 750mg
- Zinc 25mg
- Lecithin 1200mg

So most of these items are recommended to be consumed on empty stomach before bed, so I believe it is too much to use them at once. I eo also believe it is too much to be taken on daily basis, I am not fan of pills and things, but I am doing this rather for experimental purpose and than I may stick to some of them.

Any thoughts and experiences are welcome.

I take the “cum holy grail” minus Pygeum because I haven’t ordered it yet. Waiting until next time I need to buy Lecithin, L-Arginine, and Zinc. But, I also take Melatonin. But, I take 10 mg tablet of Melatonin about every 2-3 nights. It does not interfere with the others. I take the cum stack after lunch and the Melatonin about 30 minutes before bed. I’m a heavy sleeper, but, I wake up often, so I opted for the stronger 10mg tablets of Melatonin. It’s an “advanced sleep” formula.


Starting 10/09/17: BPEL 7” & MSEG 4.75”

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

What about holy grail, is it working, can you tell the difference ? As far as I found out, Pygeum has very important role there, but I don’t like the thought that you leak precum like faucet.

And what about Melatonin, is it helpful and helps you to sleep well ? I am actually having troubles falling asleep, when I do I usually sleep well.

I wanted to try it first without the Pygeum for a set until I had to re-buy to see how much the Pygeum improved. The orgasms are explosive on the set I’m on still yet. I could really tell by day 3. If I miss a couple days I can tell the difference. It really helps to circulate the blood and give a stronger erection.

I love the Melatonin. Mine is strong. The first couple times I took it I had some pretty vivid dreams, but again, mine is 10mg so it’s pretty strong. I take it before bed whenever I feel like I’m in need of a good nights rest. I have a tendency to wake several times through the night. I also wake about 30-40 minutes before my alarm and then I doze back out before my alarm. I tend to hit the snooze several times feeling unrested. With the Melatonin, I sleep through the night and don’t wake until my alarm. I take it about 30 minutes before bed and once I know I’m tired I lay my phone down. I woke up this morning with YouTube still going on my phone lol. Because of the strength of mine (I’m speculating) it feels like it stays with me 2-3 days. I’m not tired all day or anything like that through the day. But, I’m meaning in a sense that if I take it one night, I sleep really well for a couple or few consecutive nights. On nights I’m really feeling tired it’s normally a sign that it’s wearing off and I’ll take one. Sometimes that’s back to back nights, sometimes it’s several days. I use it only as a supplement when I need it, not as a daily.

Regarding Melatonin, it is a super huge dose that you are taking and you have to be careful. I did some research yesterday and even in the smaller doses, it is not meant to be used for a longer period of times, it can have some serious side effects and be counterproductive, so take it with caution.

I am really excited about melatonin and 5-htp, they do wonders as far as I could see people’s comments about it.

Yes, that’s why I don’t use it daily. Haven’t taken one since last week. I’ve had the bottle for about 2 months and it’s still over half full. I’ve tajen Melatonin off and on for about 10 years. I like the higher dose because I get into REM quicker and for longer periods. But, that’s why I only take it once or twice a week. I just don’t need the higher dose near as often.

10 mg of Melatonin is very, very far from a ‘strong’ dose of it. You talk about it like it’s a class-A drug and believe you me Heroin will make you sleepier and more at ease than any amount of Melatonin ever could and it only takes like 0,2-3 mg, approx, to get fucked up on it. All depending on how tolerant you are.

Although, the price is a bit steep I must admit. Hence the majority choosing to inject as it’s cheaper, as in a lesser amount needed to get what you desire than what snorting it would give you. Sure it’s ok to use the nostrils the first few times..but now I’m just rambling on here.

I’m talking from experience as I’ve tried, used and abused the latter one.

10 mg of Melatonin did absolutely nothing for me, I get more tired drinking coffee than popping those sugar pills ever made me.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

Yes you are right, we are all different and more or less tolerant to certain medications. But you can find information that recommended dose is between 1 and 3 mg which can actually increse your melatonin levels up to 20 times than normal. That is why I said 10mg sounds too much to be taken regularly. I have no experience myself, this is just what I dig online, but being addicted to the certains medicines can be far more harder and complicated than being a drug addict and it is even harder to get clean, this I speak from experience cause I used to know people who struggled with those things. I am just saying we need to be carefull with these things, not to abuse them cause they feel good at that moment.

I’d add weight lifting, cardio, and healthy diet (I’m suggesting this too myself too haha). All good for mood and sleep. Worth trying if you’re not already.

Hey lilhelp,

I am actually working out actively and playing football recreationally, and yes I would suggest the same for you hahah, that feeling after a good workout is priceless. Once you start and see results it becomes addiction, something like PE :P

I wouldn’t take lecithin right before bed as it has some Phosphatidyl Choline in it. Better taken in the morning.
