50mg is a typical dose for viagra, so 20mg is a small one. I wouldn’t worry about side effects. I’ve never gotten any myself.

HalfLife

Do you need it or use it to enhance?

I think I need it, but I’m working on fixing the problem. I’m doing pumping and PE. I’m taking supplements that are supposed to cure ED. I should know in about a month if it works. In the meantime, I’ve switched to Cialis and am trying a 5mg per day regimen. I’m getting a P Shot tomorrow, so I want to make sure my blood flow is good while the shot takes effect over the next few weeks.

I did recently try 20mg Sildenafil with good results. Maybe that means my ED is pretty mild.

So my doctor told me that taking 10mg of generic Viagra a day would help eradicate ED. But also could be used as therapy. If you need 20 or 30 mg to stay in the game for one or two nights a week he said that was ok. Been on the 10mg therapy program for 2 years and it makes a difference for me.

I haven’t read through this entire thread, but just wanted to add my 2 cents here.

I’ve had mild to moderate ED for 5 years now…since I got divorced. I started just using 20mg sildenafil on nights we were going to have sex, and then slowly worked up to 40mg and sometimes 60mg. After I started PE, I found that I definitely needed more, likely due to overtraining. I also have some blood pressure issues starting and an enlarged prostate. I heard that low daily dose of tadalafil could help with those prostate symptoms, and a BP lowering med would be good for me too. So I started on 5 mg tadalafil/cialis daily, and found that it sort of help with ED, but not enough to have really good sex. I started supplementing with sildenafil as well, given that I’m in pretty good shape, and not in danger of getting low blood pressure. Well, I thought it was working, but never seemed as good as years ago. Then I read somewhere that with tadalafil in your system, those receptors are already bound, so sildenafil might not be as effective. My EQ has been shit lately, so I went on a decon break starting last week, and didn’t take any meds at all this week, and no sex. My wife and I had a rough argument last week, so I was nowhere near interested in having sex with her, but did masturbate twice this week. We worked things out and saturday night I went back to just sildenafil, and everything worked much better. So, I’m not sure if it was the decon break, less alcohol, , PT-141, or getting off my meds for several days that worked, but I think there is something to the competition between sildenafil and tadalafil that creates an issue, at least in me.

5mg/d of cialis/tadilafil has been proven to mitigate BPH. Max dosage for ED is 20mg/d. Viagra/sildinafil can be take with cialis as they work in different ways. Max dosage of Viagra is 100mg/d.

Levitra and Viagra work similarly so should be taken together.

I talked with my dr about ways to reduce the refractory period and he suggested adding Viagra with Cialis. I’ve only tested it once so dont have a good answer yet. I’ve been on cialis 5mg/d for several years. Will kick up the dosage for heavy activity.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Having tried a combination of tadalafil and sildenafil I now prefer just 25-50mg of sildenafil. I found the combination too fatiguing - always best/safest practice to use the minimum. I actually like that sildenafil mostly flushes out of your system, but there’s still a residual effect the next day where the ‘iron bar’ can persist.

Cialis is way superior to Viagra as it has a much longer half life and can still be active after 72 hours compared to a measly 4-8 with viagra. I see no benefit to anyone taking either drug without having ED, especially as for most people it makes you feel like you have a tension headache combined with a stuffy head cold. There are slight colour visuals but for anyone without ED, the negatives override the positives. I’d take being a natural 25 year old over a 52 year old ED sufferer on Cialis any day of the week.

By the way, if you are going to indulge, the generic version of Cialis, Tadalafil, is virtually being given away; I’ve just bought a potential 2 year plus supply for £11.50, indeed, the shipping cost more at £12. Now I just need to find someone who wants my drug induced boner. I suppose there’s always the Bathmate and Extender.
