I havn’t been hitting the weights as hard lately but i’ve been doing a lot of cardio to tone out my chest for the beach weather haha. Anyways, multi vitamins and fish oil…nothing special I usually just buy walmart brand, I like taking pre workout supplements though, the feeling and insane pumps I get are more addictive then smoking weed :) depending on the brand some last throughout the majority of the day but the longer lasting pre workout supplements are usually stim free, so a friend of mine says. Supplements containing caffeine I guess would fade away in affects faster. A lot of people say arginine and citruline combos are good for increased blood flow but i’ve been a fan of arginine and ornithine combo for over two years now, I usually take 2 pills equal to 1g arginine (free form) and 500 mg ornithine HCL, I only consider supplements as a keeper if I can truly feel a difference and taking in the morning and through out the day really helps for me. That being said, I wanted to add two other supplements to my daily routine. My main goal is to increase testosterone levels and increased blood flow to the muscles / extremities. With the ingredients being consumed I will also be producing HGH which has many benefits as you all know. Anyways, the purpose of this thread is to get feed back from you guys and see what you guys think of my supplement stack idea? The main intention for these supplements are to benefit me in the gym but I have to admit that even with just my arginine + ornithine combo I felt a lot better doing my stretches and oh my jelqs are interesting trying to tame the beast from blowing to max capacity! :)

Work out days:
Morning / wake up: 2 pills of arginine & ornithine
Breakfast: take Walmart multi / fish oil :)
wait 90-120 minutes then I take 1 scoop of Hemavol
(not sure if I should combine my workouts with my PE exercises yet, never tried)
After work out I take 2 more pills of arginine & ornithine
dinner time I take my multi and fish oil again
Bed time I take the zma, wake up with a boner :)

Non work out days would be the same but without Hemavol and I would take my second serving of Arginine & Ornithine 30 minutes before dinner.
I just wanted to see what you guys thought and maybe had any advice? I’m no expert on supplements I just stick to what feels good, You can find all of these supplements of bodybuilding.com, i’m using the Canadian based store if you wanted to compare.
I’m paying about $160 for 3-4 month supply which is far less then how much I would pay for smokes in that time frame so i’m still saving money :)

Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.75 - Numero Uno Papi Chulo

When I first started PE I was using the BSN stack, NO Explode/Nitrix/ etc. (The original formulations) and saw good results both with PE and with lifting.

Fast forward a few years and I tried the new BSN stack and I’m not getting the same results.

I’m currently taking Epiq power (a GNC pre workout) that’s got creatine, Blox, AMP wheybolic, and a multivitamin and am seeing decent results. I tried using Pump HD for a bit and cellucor C4 for a bit but it felt like my heart was going to pump out of my chest during my workouts so I cycled off, but did see better results in the gym and in PE with those.

I wish we could see a study that included PE, Exercise and workout supplements.

I don;t suppose that you had your labs taken before you started taking the T booster or have had your Testosterone levels checked since have you?
I saw an article in an online medical journal that was looking at test boosters and seeing what increase (if any) they had. Every single one of the test boosters showed no increase testosterone levels after 90 days on them :(
They can be really expensive, but if you see results with them then I’d say keep it.
