Ok I know I’m late on this but I just saw the post today about this combo with Yohimbe for solving ED or EQ issues. Sounds very interesting and I’m willing to try it. What have I got to lose.

Anyway, my wife buys Ginger Tea and Cayenne Pepper. So today I made the Ginger Tea and added half a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper. I need feedback in terms of frequency of taking, how much Pepper

to use and is this the best way to take it?

I would just buy ginger from the produce section. I eat some every morning. It is hotter than a mofo the way it burns in my mouth afterwards but it is great for vascular health. If eating it plain is a bit much for you, then boil a small piece that has been grated finely. Sometimes when I do this, I add some cayenne and green tea. I do it daily…sometimes twice daily. I use about 1 teaspoon of cayenne each time.

I’m disappointed.

Until I saw that this was in the Supplements forum, I thought that you had hooked up with two hot strippers, Cayenne and Ginger.

ddolphin has a good idea. You don’t even have to grate the fresh ginger. You can just cut it into thin slices, and it will work as well, and be less work to prepare and to clean up. You can store the rest of the ginger in a small container in the refrigerator immersed in some kind of alcohol. Sherry works nicely, or brandy.

I’ve tried this combo a few times and I think there is some merit to it. But a couple days ago, I saw Cayenne and Ginger (or was it garlic) in a pill form 500mg. So, I’m going to give those a shot because it is just too demanding with all the other supplements I try to take to measure this extra thing out.

I’ve started the ginger, cayenne pepper thing this week as well.

I’m combining Lemon (squeezed), ginger (grated), honey, cayenne pepper (teaspoon), and half a cup of 100% apple juice.

Haven’t noticed a huge effect yet but I’ve been looking up the health benefits of cayenne and ginger and I will be sticking with this because there’s too many long term benefits I’ll be passing up if I stop.
