Cayenne and Ginger
Ok I know I’m late on this but I just saw the post today about this combo with Yohimbe for solving ED or EQ issues. Sounds very interesting and I’m willing to try it. What have I got to lose.
Anyway, my wife buys Ginger Tea and Cayenne Pepper. So today I made the Ginger Tea and added half a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper. I need feedback in terms of frequency of taking, how much Pepper
to use and is this the best way to take it?
