I take:

-Vitamin C 1 gram
-Mega Green Tea Extract 725 mg
-Zinc Picolinate 22 mg
-B Complex
-Cod Liver Oil (liquid, kept refrigerated)
-Biotin 5 mg
-Milk Thistle 150 mg
-Silica Complex 500 mg

I use these for general health, anti-aging, and for EQ.

Something of note: I ran out of Green tea extract for awhile and noticed my EQ suffering a bit. Could have been a coincedence, but I wonder…

Google Dr Nicholas Perricone- he approaches anti-ox therapy as skin therapy under the theory that as the largest organ the dermis is a good indicator of overall health

Until you’ve got the basics covered you may be wasting your ducats on shmancy stuff — protein supp first, basic multi vit/ min coverage and perhaps fish oils - and only then start w nifty specialty items

Such a potentially deep thread. But random point: apparently taking more than 500mg of vitamin C at a time can cause PRO-oxidant effects in the body. I personally take 500mg 3-4 times throughout the day, mainly for joint integrity.

Those are totally safe dude. But I would cut the omega’s out. Use coconut oil instead. Cook with it and eat it.

I think that about 500-1000 mg can be taken from foods, especially in the summer. There’s being said that we and some primates only don’t synthesize ascorbic acid and some even say(Pauling Institute) that you can certainly benefit from very high doses. Personally, I err on the lower side and besides what I take from foods(throughout the year) I take about 200-300 mg/day from supplements.

My purpose is to increase bloodflow to help EQ and promote immune system health. I lift weights but don’t do cardio right now because I’m bulking but not dirty bulking. I mostly looking to increase EQ strength naturally. Something that is safe long-term.

I got mine off ebay(UK). It basically the Pharmaceutical Grade stuff that supplement companies use. In any case, make sure what you buy the the stuff that has a 2:1 ratio of Arginine:Alpha-Ketoglutarate.

I’m taking 5g 3x a day right now, for it’s great muscle-power effect. And yeah sed26 I’ve read that it’s effect is reduced if taken for too long continuously(I guess from a downregulation of certain enzymes etc.) so I will be doing something like a 6 weeks on 2 week off cycle.

Citrulline malate didn’t affect my erections like it was said to. I took one scoop(2grams) a day like the label said and got nothing. Did I not take enough?

Yeah it may just be that the dose was too low. The way I saw immediate benefit was in glans inflation. I noticed that with even the slightest bit of arousal, after having taken a 5g dose, my glans would fully inflate, even before the shaft has inflated at all. I never had this without this supplement, ever.

You should definitely be able to find a cheap bulk AAKG powder online in the USA. I bought 1kg of it. You would find it in sports supplement stores too, yet not at such a good price. The price I got it for was great (you could call it wholesale), and even with my very high dosing(megadosing a 15g per day in total), it works out at £14 a month, which is about $22.

You wouldn’t need to dose anywhere near as high as me however. I am taking it to upregulate the nNOS(a nitric oxide enzyme partly responsible for a muscles adaption to power training) in my muscle, which requires regular dosing throughout the day. A hefty 5g dose 15 minutes before PE sessions and sex would definitely be worth a try!

I’m pretty sure Saiyan uses AAKG, so perhaps he can add good info if you need more.
