Can creatine help increase penis size?

Everyone’s still looking for the magic pill. I agree creatine has a positive effect on erection quality.

Also this one(don’t know if is very accurate):

First article is about microphallus:
“Of the abnormal conditions associated with micropenis, most are conditions of reduced prenatal androgen production or effect. Examples include abnormal testicular development (testicular dysgenesis, Klinefelter syndrome, Leydig cell hypoplasia), specific defects of testosterone or dihydrotestosterone synthesis (17,20-lyase deficiency, 5α-reductase deficiency), androgen insensitivity syndromes, inadequate pituitary stimulation (gonadotropin deficiency) or other forms of congenital hypogonadism. ”
so what the study is saying is that lack of DHT has caused micropenis, than administration of DHT can help. If you don’t have that issue it is no point taking DHT.

About the second article:
“There have been few reports showing a direct end organ dependency of androgen for erectile function in the human corpora cavernosa, although there is plenty of evidence demonstrating that low or absent androgens affect a man’s ability to have an erection in a sexual situation. Thus, in man androgen dependency for cavernous tissue smooth muscle function is still debatable.

The third article is about castrated rats.

The forth is just a scam.

Marinera, don’t you think that as are some who gain easily or some who gain harder, these differences could be attributted to possible alterations in testosterone,DHT levels(and maybe some other variables) ?

It is more likely that the individuals connective tissue structure accounts for most of hard or easy gaining. Also because the connective tissue adapts to the strain put on it, if you PE more than is necessary just for growth to occur in response, you will cause the tissue to toughen up to resist potential damage. Guys who do this, and there are many who make the ‘more is better’ mistake, will end up as hard gainers.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

What Firegoat said.

Jjjjpku, the idea that DHT or testosterone could affect penile gains isn’t unreasonable, since male hormons affect penile size while puberty.

After puberty, anway, male hormons don’t make your penis grow anymore; there are many bodybuilders (or other athletes) here who take androgens, they have confirmed that they don’t report more gains while on ‘roids.

Actually, a med around here made the hypothesis that high testosterone levels could make tissue less prone to grow, because less pliable, so to speak.

Testosterone supplementation can make your penis bigger when you are an adult only if had a lack of this hormons when you was a kid, and even that is controversial.

You are supposing that creatine supplementation, augmenting male hormonal levels (not pacific in scientific literature), could influence that way how the penis reacts to PE. Basing on what above said, it seems this is not the case in real world.

I found that creatine helps holding the grip in manual stretching; but this actually is not a sure vantage in PE, because you don’t need to pull full force when stretching your penis - basing on Firegoat’ previous post.

I’m the subject of a single-blind study on creatine intake combined with masturbation, so my experience may not matter much, but I thought I’d post it.

In May 2008, I started a round of PE and my penis girth was 11.2cm.

At the end of 2008, I did P90X for 3 months, and took creatine every other day (16oz water + ~2 scoops San V12 Turbo creatine). During those 3 months, I did not do PE, but I did the random wanking every (other?) day.

About a year later (that is, these days), I started to get serious about PE, and did measurements again. My girth was 11.8, an increase of about 5%. This is unlikely to be measurement error because I was quite careful, so it may be the effect of masturbation at the right time around creatine intake.

How that ‘study’ is blind, Cartouche?

I wasn't aware of the study's objective

I perhaps should’ve put quotes around “blind”. I meant that I did P90X not for PE at all, so PE wasn’t a goal, and I wasn’t aware that I will be measuring my girth a year from then, or that creatine or masturbation at the time would be a variable for PE.

You’re lucky you didn’t go double-blind with all that masturbation.

Please :donatecar to Thunder's Place to keep it running.

I tried double-blind studies on masturbation… the only thing I concluded was that my semen isn’t an appropriate eye bath.

Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

I’ve found my BC muscle is a lot stronger and the strength of my erections and ejaculations are incredible. I found my girth was consistently large from base to tip and on some days my NBPEL was just under 8” (I have baseball bat shape and NBPEL is normally around 7.25”). I’ve also found my penis has become more sensitive and I don’t need to hold a kegel to bring myself to orgasm.

Mind you, I’m also using a BCAA + Glutamine supplement once a day after gym workouts.

I’d like to think it has helped, or at least helped my pelvic floor muscles (skeletal muscle), even if science says I’m wrong.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

Anabolics must help for sure. Tossed Salad, I have BCAA in home but no Glutamine, you think that BCAAs alone would work?.

What do anabolics have with this thread ?

And anyway, no, they don’t help. Ask to any bodybuilder around here.
