Hi All,
Everytime I take the buffered version of vitamin C (calcium ascorbate powder in water) my stomach gets upset and I get a bit of a headache?
Could it be the calcium …taking too much ?
I take about 5 grams/day which amounts to 600mg of calcium and 4400mg Vit C
