Caffeine, how much is safe

How many milligrams is caffeine safe before it raises your blood pressure? Before it shrinks your erection/flaccid up? Before it keeps you up all night?

Many stacker’s have caffeine. Most appetite suppressants have caffeine.

Do blood vessel dilators trump the effects of caffeine such as Alpha Arginine Ketoglutarate, Ginkgo Biloba or ECCG (A chemical in green tea)?

Do blood vessel dilators neutralize the blood vessel constricting effects of caffeine?

How many milligrams of caffeine does it take to leach minerals from your bones?

How much caffeine does it take to deplete “B” vitamins and vitamin “D”?

Caffeine is in a lot of things we eat and drink, so you can not avoid it entirely.

I don’t know how much is too much, but I have started taking steps to minimize whenever I can. For instance, when I grind my coffee beans I mix 1/3 regular beans to 2/3 decaffeinated beans.

It has definitely eliminated my caffeine anxiety and has improved my sleep and also I believe helped to improve my flaccid hang.

I know I sound lazy but I ran out of defac french roast and have not gotten my lazy little ass to the store to buy some. So I have been drinking the regular. The Hoodia supplements I have been taking contain caffeine, but they also contain green tea which is a blood thinner (Anti Aggregate)

Since then I went to Wal-Mart and found a caffeine free stacker and Hoodia. But funds are short for now and I did not buy them. It seems that a lot of stackers have both constrictors (Caffeine) and dilators (green tea or Ginkgo or both) It is a curious thing.
