Ok, I have attention problem. It’s not too serious but I have hard time concentrating. At my age I shouldn’t have this problem. Anyway, I don’t want to take Chemical Medications so I ‘ve been taking FISH OIL for about a year. I haven’t seen any improvement yet but I’ll keep taking it. Do you know if Lecithin makes you smart? I was researching on this because Lecithin has CHOLINE which is crucial in producing Cell signaling. Does anyone have knowledge on this? Also, Is Soy Based Lecithin better or Egg Yolk Based better?
