I am looking for a good supplement for increased circulation.I am going to see if I can get a better affect with the uli thing,by increasing my circulation.

I would prefer a supplement that you use a little bit before you want your extra circulation,then a supplement you take everyday(like tribulus for example).

Also,I would definantly prefer it to be something that can be bought from a store,not the internet.

I have heard that L-arginine works, but I have read that there have been many studies that said it didnt,so I am unsure.
I heard tribulus works good,but it gives many people alot of erections through out the day,so I dont want that(I remember when I was 14 or so,and I would get 8 or so erections a day,many of them at school,I dont want to go through that again LOL.
I also heard Ginko works,but not sure.

Any recommendations?

I take the blat approach, just buying something that contains everything likely to increase circulation. Veromax and Male Response are the two I’ve used. Veromax is better. The disadvantage of this approach is the cost is normaly higher and you don’t know exactly which constituents are causing what effects. Veromax is available in my local pharmacy.

Why not just buy a few and experiment.

If you are doing PE most days I don’t see a difference between taking something daily and taking something before a session. There’s no requirement to keep to the dosage on the bottle :)

Niacin (not niacinamide) certainly helps circulation - watch out for flushing of face and body if you try it!

L-arginine is supposed to be taken on empty stomach, right? Do you think there is any of these PEing pills avaliable in Euroupe? I have not seen any in Sweden so far. I have recently started with Ginseng but so far havent seen any differents. Only been takeing it for three days =) But I found this facts about it at the leading PEing pill site:

I use L-arginine for bodybuilding and I don’t think it helps me greatly in Penis area. I take considerable amount of Arginine (about 8gram, thats 800 mg) per day.

Here’s what I know about Arginine and effect it has on me: The basic promise of arginine for sexuality is that it expose to increase Nitro-Oxide (same effect as Viagra). However, there is a problem with what you buy over the counter. Typically, the half-life of arginine is less than couple of seconds - pretty useless to do anything when taken orally. There are couple of company that makes L-arginine product with some sort of time-release method (which I am taking now for workout). However, to get this type of arginine, its very expensive (about 65-70 dollars for month supply).

Here’s what effect it has on me (the expensive stuff) - when I workout, it give me a great pump where my skin feels like it will rip to shredd and it last for few hours (even after workout - this is the effect of time-release).

Effect it has on my boner? None - okay may be little - but really negiligible (to spend that kind of money).

Since I take lots of stuff for my workout (I’m like human test tube - but I don’t combine stuff, always in cycle so that its easy for me to see what effect it has on me), here’s what worked for me in terms of my libido/erection …

Basic (this is stuff I take no matter what) - Vitamine E (400mg), vitamine B (don’t remember the gram, but its about 600% of DV), Calcium, Chromium, vitamin C, and Milk thisle (this is just to protect my liver from all the stuff I take).

Tribex 500 (name of the brand) - its herb mixture that increase your testastrone production(its not pro-hormon, or pro-steroid - it help your body produce more, rather than injecting - so it pretty safe). This made me feel like a young man - boing!!!

L-Arginine - Didn’t work for my gonad.

Creatine - oh, bad for your gonad - stop taking this if you want to have good hard on. (but its does build muscle, which is what I wanted)

There are few other that I like, but its really more for workout (meaning too expensive for just getting a hard-on - get a viagra, its cheaper).

Just remember that this is what worked for me and you have to search what works for you. One thing to keep in mind is - if you are having erection problem - first determine if you have circulation problem (or related) or low testastrone problem, then search for your match.

romeo, i have tried a few things for better circulation and l’arginine works fine for me. i definitely will not use niacin again, face lit up like a xmas tree, no lite in the dick. i know you don’t want to use the net for a purchase, but i bought a pound of l’arginine powder for $24, take 1/2 teasp. morning and nite.

go to the search engine google and type in the name and you’ll find sourses.
