Asking for opinion on my supplements
I’m not taking much, but I’d like to know what you think about my supps, they’re as follows:
- An L-Arginine and L-Ornithine compound, equivalent to 1000 mg of L-Arginine and 500 mg of L-Ornithine daily in the morning
- 500 mg of L-Glutamine at night.
Purpose: to improve erection quality as much as possible (I have very good erections, but you know… we always want more), increase ejaculation amount if at all possible and general health benefits, including helping the body burn fat more efficiently.
