Anyone here use arginine in the powdered form? I just picked some up, but I shockingly discovered it tastes like a camel’s ass. Or, at least I’d imagine that’s what it would taste like. Now, I have a strong stomach, but this stuff came damn close to making me gag.
I’m interested in hearing anyone’s side effects (nausea, etc) from taking it, and their dosing regimes.
And, of course, the recipes you use to mix it.
