Ok, so last night after a jelq session in which I edged, but didn’t have a full blown orgasm. I took 1000 mg of L-Arginine

Then tonight, when I got home, I took 1000 mg of more L - Arginine. I sat in front of cpu and was looking at some porn, rubbing myself through my clothes.

Well, obviously I got aroused, but I was hard like a rock. I did this a couple of times, and after about 1 hour of giong soft, and then hard again, I started getting a major aching in my balls. They felt full and tender to the touch (similar to blue balls).

Well, even when limp, if I stroked myself, I felt like I was going to blow my load. I could feel it wanting to creep up the shaft.

So I told my wife I was going to go jelq in the bathroom, which I did for about 5 minutes, but the intentions we’re to jerk off and release my load.

I am not sure if it’s because I edged the night before combined with 2000 mg total of L-arginine or what, but my balls we’re hurting BAD and they are still tender 2 hours after getting off.

I am wondering if the L-Arginine caused me to get a rock hard erection the way I did. I mean, when in the bathroom, it got to the pont where I could edge by barely touching my dick. It was THAT close.

I think I heard something that with L-Arginine, you want to get off at least once a day. I wonder if the 2000 mg that was in my body was TOO much for my nuts to handle. I doubt it, but I have noticed after taking L-Argine for a while, usually no more then 2000 mg a day that at times, I get some pretty hard erections. However, at the same time, I feel like I can get off faster which that isn’t a good thing.


I’ve been taking 4000 mg a day for about 2 weeks now. And was kinda wondering if it was doing anything. I have good very hard erections but I always has those. It seems to make me pee allot, that I am sure of.

I’m taking 6grams of L-Arginine, NOW brand from 2 weeks. I’m taking KONG BV pills from 2 months which is helping me for erections. I started L-Arginine to see any increase in load size but no change.

It’s prime benefit is opening up your blood vessels. Therefore, those rock hards are a side effect.

I take 2000mg prior to weight lifting/jogging and it is not uncommon for me to
do my 7 mile run and spring a really good erection.

Recommended dosage is about 4000 mg a session.

Regarding load, L-Arginine does not increase the amount of jizz
