I just bought some L-Arginine and after doing research on the forum I saw atleast 35 different dosages. I think the highest recommended dosage was 9 grams a day. I bought 1 gram freeform L-Arginine and it recommends to take a 1 gram pill once a day. Since I workout fairly regularly I decided to double the dosage so I take 1 in the morning when I first get up and I at night right before I go to sleep. I just thought I’d share my experience with you all and If you have a more scientific or atleast more experience please share with the forum.
