I will be trying it out. Could be a scarry thing as I sometimes have a very short refractory period any way.

Initial results are interesting :

- libido has been high since first dosing (too soon to know if this is an effect of the drug, or just coincidence)
- extremely vivid dreams every night since first dosing (likewise)
- no noticeable effect on refractory period, as yet tested (still just felt like lying back and breathing deeply for a good number of minutes after fucking; however, I guess I did feel more post-orgasmic residual affection toward my partner, as opposed to immediately wanting to do something totally asexual like read the news)
- Orgasms (during sex) have a noticeably different “tone”. I have been trying to think how to describe it, but if we say that a normal orgasm was to make a sound, like white noise, then the orgasms under this drug are more like blowing deep chords on a harmonica. A more harmonic, vibratory aspect to the feeling, and rather intense.

I volunteered myself for this experiment too. My liquid cabergoline arrived today from researchchemist.com. I believe it should be taken once per week and that it takes a few weeks before the effect on prolactin fully kicks in. I took .5mg today.

What dose are you using, and how often?

I took 1mg initially, and after that started on 0.5mg every third day; i.e., mon, thurs, sun, wed etc.

It definitely has some strange effects…

Regulation by chronic treatment with cabergoline of dopamine D1 and D2 receptor levels and their expression in the striatum of Parkinsonian-monkeys.

1. Chronic treatment for one month with the long-acting dopamine D2-like agonist cabergoline (0.25 mg/kg s.c. every 48 hours), had despite partial tolerance, sustained antiparkinsonian activity in 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) Parkinsonian monkeys (Macaca fascicularis). 2. Cabergoline treatment decreased by half striatal D2 receptor binding density measured by [3H]spiperone autoradiography versus untreated MPTP monkeys. No change in D2 mRNA measured by in situ hybridization and D2 receptor immunostaining was observed. 3. No change in either D1 receptor binding density or D1 receptor mRNA levels was observed in cabergoline-treated MPTP-monkeys compared to untreated MPTP-monkeys, suggesting receptor subfamily specificity of cabergoline. 4. The present results suggest that the cabergoline-induced behavioral partial tolerance is accompanied by a decrease in D2 receptor binding but not due to alterations in the steady state of D2 mRNA levels.

The important point being that there was no decrease in D2 mRNA; i.e., no progressive tolerance effect due to a downregulation of the receptors.

Hey MDC I think the dose from what I have read should be .5mg twice a week. How much was the liquid version of the stuff?

Mainly, I feel like a certain part of my brain is constantly “wired”. Somewhere “deeper” than the part stimulated by amphetamines. The other effect is constant heightened sexual arousal. It’s making it a lot easier to attain an erection for PE. Obviously, one doesn’t feel desperate for sex 24/7, but on average one feels in the mood for a significantly greater amount of time.

I feel a bit like Austin Powers getting back his mojo. Not that I had totally lost it, but I now feel randier generally than I did 10 years ago.

well the half life, it states, is “about 68 hours”, which is er.. 2.8 days. So for me, I took 1mg initially and am taking 0.5mg every 1 half life, theoretically maintaining my level at the equivalent of 1mg. I.e., every time the level falls to 0.5mg, I push it back to 1mg by dosing with 0.5mg.

Yeah Bro that was my feelings pretty much as far as the sexual feeling. It did give me a sense of well being also. I just took it for the 2nd time I’m going to take it every other day for three times than switch to twice a week. I have been way to busy to even have sex yet so I can’t say what that feels like.

I’ve been taking Dostinex for about 2-weeks now. I swear to god I have had some very intense orgasms after my 1st week but just one and not the many that’s advertised. Also, I really feel like the stuff makes me cum faster, which I don’t like because I don’t last as long. If this is a lasting side effect then there is no way I would keep using. I need to be able to go more than a few minutes and I’ve not been able to on at least two occasions after taking for a week or so.
