It’s been two days back on the supplement and I have found it to be helping with energy levels. Granted I haven’t been getting enough sleep the past few days so it’s hard to tell but I feel it’s helping me get through and change of weather is really effecting me

Now that I’m back on it since last week indeed it really working

Just an update I am back on Pine Pollen powder after another week off and still feel the same positive effects

Thanks for sharing. I discontinued my own personal experiment with this, due to an unrelated health issue (and needing to eliminate variables). But I appreciate your updates on your own experiment, and I might consider trying this again in the future.

Slowlygrowing7, how are you taking you pine pollen and at what dose? I have recently started taking pine pollen powder (5g) and have been mix it with water, I was thinking about making tincture. Oh just noticed that this was an old post. So are you still taking pine pollen?

I love pine pollen! I take it daily and have for the last few months. There is a noticeable difference with my sex drive, mood, and workout intensity. From what I’ve read about it, for the testosterone benefits, a critical, double extraction better preserves the free testosterone in pine pollen and makes it more bio-available/stable than the powder. I have not had the chance to test this though. I’m currently taking it in powder form, about 1.5-2tsp per day and find it to be a beneficial addition to my supplement regimen.
