thinking about ordering some of these..Tongkat Ali Does it work the same as the actual plant root?

I’ve never bought the caps. I used to buy the powder then cap it myself. I would take 1000mg, so that would mean this product would last less than 3 days looking at their label, all else being equal.

I thought Tongkat was ‘okay’, but nothing to write home about. In contrast to that, I gave some of the same batch to a couple of workout buddies who raved about it, so perhaps individual response varies quite a lot.
