Hey guys,

I have/will been taking L-Arginine, Vitamin E, Zinc, Ginkgo Biloba, and Korean Ginseng to try to help my injury heal and get great EQ. I am also excited about the other plus’s of some of these suppliments.

Is this dangerous taking all of these at once? Also, if the Ginkgo Biloba I bought doesn’t have the 6% other ingredient, will it be far less effective?

Most of them have a different mechanism of action, so taking them all together will have a benefit. Finding standardised products is extremely important, otherwise you can be taking crap and paying lots for it.

Those are all legitimate herbs etc. One recommendation I’d have is to switch from Korean Ginseng to American Ginseng. The net effect is that you will feel very calm instead of nervous and having excessive chaotic energy. Other than that, the effects on your body should be very similar.

Recommended dosage for most(Zinc, Vit E, Ginseng) and only a little bit high on the Biloba and L-Arginine.

I think I got crap for the L-Arginine though, at first it was amazing, but I think it stopped working because it’s not standardized. I will check on the American Ginseng too, I will have to see if the chain stores around here have it. I am also dissapointed that the Biloba is missing the 6% ingredient, but time will tell.

I have been taking ginkgo biloba, korean ginseng, olive leaf extract, acetyll-carnitine, resveratrol, multivitamin, saw palmetto, beta sitosterol, omega 3-6-9 fatty acids, with no noticeable side effects, so I think you’re fine.

I don’t take all of those every day, but at least 4-5 times per week.

I recently added damiana, tongkat ali, arginine, arinine akg, and citrulline malate complex- also not taking all of these every day, except sometimes.

By the way, swanson vitamins is by far the best source for supplements and herbals.
