That a little expensive. I recommend the liquid or powder C from emeraldscientific.com. It costs less and it’s easier to adjust the dosage. There’s more info about this company (also known as kitsnmore) in other threads.

Incidentally, I think using C with a girth routine gives great results. You might not even need the pump.
