wrist injury from jelqing
I have not jelqed in a number of months as when I do I get an intense pain in my wrist and forearm. I previously had carpal tunnel but thought that is was cleared up, but after starting jelqing this pain came back and I still have it on occasion.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do so that I can add jelqing back in my routine once the wrists are back to normal? I have tried both overhand and underhand jelqing and noticed no major difference in my wrists except that overhand (palm facing down) I get tired very quickly.
