Worst injuries thread

I know it is a negative subject, but I think it is useful to review injuries and how they happen for future avoidance. Feel free to post the worst injuries you have had or heard about, how they occured, and timing of recovery. A personal question I have is what happened to the unlucky few who hung erect? I know it is to be avoided at all costs. Why?

I have jelqed while erect and I think I might have done permanent damage. My erections are weak, my load size is diminished, the head size has shrunk and the shape of my penis is no long a perfect cylinder.

I’m not sure what will bring it back, if anything ever will. I have been in this hell for almost 1 whole year. My life has never been worse. I’m trying to rest, but it feels dead because there isn’t enough natural circulation I fear. I’m letting him rest for a long time, but I’m not sure he is ever going to be the same again.
