Worried

Hey guys, I need help. I found this site about eight months ago, and thought that it would not hurt to try and make my penis larger…I was wrong. I did the newbie routine but I was so impatient that I did it far too often, and problems started to occur. First, I only had trouble getting and keeping an erection, but the problems didn’t stop there. Next came premature ejaculation, and then, deformity. It’s been about six months since I did any exercises and my penis has not gotten better. It’s smaller than it was, has more prominent veins, and simply doesn’t work. I hardly ever getting an erection in the morning, and if I do, it’s very slight. I’ve seen a urologist and he says that he doesn’t see anything wrong…but that’s because he had not seen it beforehand. I’ve been in the hospital five times so far for attempting suicide, and I need help. Is there any chance it’ll get better? Please, I need help.

About the only thing I can suggest is something I did when I used water that was to hot and couldn’t get an erection, and had very little feeling. I’m assuming you are uncut. So when lying in bed in the morning or evening, pull your foreskin back and just gently massage the area between your penis body and the glans. ie where the ridge is. To me that is the most sensitive part of the penis when relaxed. So keep doing this gently, and it may just give you the start of an erection that is your penis might just get aroused slsightly. .

Just do that with your fingers= tips. Don’t try to masterbate. and as it were just tickle the nerves. Hopefully you will get a response. but if not. Just keep trying every day for a few minutes.

Try for a week or two and tell us if there is any response , or if you get any better feeling in your penis.

But do it gently You may have somehow traumatised the nerves so they don’t want any rough stuff. No matter how exasperated you might feel. But you must accept that this may take some time. Keep us informed how things are going. but don’t expect anything short term.

DO NOT SUICIDE. It’s not a solution even worth to consider.

Now, go to see a lot of doctors, don’t ask just one doctor. Try doing kegels a lot, strengthening your BC muscle can improve your erection.

Play with yourself a lot. Just sit in a quite place where you won’t be disturbed for 30-60 min, use some lube and stimulate your dick. Do not masturbate, and do not use porn, just stimulate it and play with it slowly and consciously, taking deep breaths, and if you reach the point of ejaculation, don’t ejaculate! Just stop the stimulation and let your body calm down.

Eat healthy food, don’t drink too muck alcohol, don’t drink coffee. Go to your nearby nature store and buy and organic pomegrante juice, it is very good for blood circulation (which is important for your EQ).

Be aware that this healing process will be a slow process, and that if you ever start PE again you should be very careful and patient.

If you have a wife, gf, or SO, and you need to have sex but can’t get it up, you should consider asking your doctor for a prescription for Viagra.

Best of luck, and tell us how’s it going! :)

PE isn't a chore. PE is a lifestyle.

If you feel down sometimes, come live inside my mind. I promise you'll enjoy the experience.

A gentle question on the side, Judicious: you say you attempted suicide five times. If that is the case, why aren’t you with a professional psychiatrist? Because I think that no one here has the ability or the guts (included me) to actually counsel you.

Et... la nuit se continue. C\'est vrai. Elle est complètement dechirée - ma tête.

I do see a psychiatrist, and he told me to not touch it for six to eight months. I can do that, but I need to know it’ll get better.

First, consult a psychiatrist. You might have some underlying issues causing you to focus on things like your penis size. Under normal circumstances might not even bother you. You might be just being hard on yourself. Second, it’s not the end of the world. There are TONS of options out there. You might even try Viagra, pumping, manual exercises ect.. But I really think the underlying issue is psychological and you should talk to a psychiatrist. It will really help. I had to for depression and I feel great now.

When I push my exercises too hard and injure myself, I always heat and then massage my dick several times a day to get the circulation going. The morning wood thing can always change. Personally, I go in and out of phases where I don’t see much morning wood either. I’ve also seen a little of the becoming smaller thing before as well, although it didn’t last 6 months. On a scale of 1-10 what is your average erection quality?

When you say your penis “simply doesn’t work”, are you saying that you can’t maintain an erection, it’s softer, you can’t get one at all? I don’t think it’s permanent, so don’t kill yourself. Good luck though.

Are you sure your not getting an erections? Perhaps when sleeping? It seems strange to me that your veins are more prominent. It would seem you’ve increased blood flow to the area with the extra veins.

Stay tough dude!

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

I saw Oprah yesterday (only because it was a men’s health episode) and a question concerning Erectile dysfunction was asked. The doctor, Doctor Oz, said most ED is caused by arteries that become blocked which supply blood to the penis during an erection. He also said this is a reason why smokers are more likely to develop ED. You should seriously consider asking your doctor to take a look into that. I highly doubt that over-jelqing is the sole cause of this problem.

That’s utter nonsense.

A urologist would certainly be able to tell if something were wrong even without having seen your pee-pee ‘beforehand.’

Further, The Newbie Routine is a very safe form of PE - even you happen to be overzealous; you’d have to really go way out of your way to permanently injure yourself from practicing it. I’m not saying it’s impossible, but it’s highly unlikely.

My gut tells me you are creating drama for yourself, and now you’re sharing that drama here.

What’s the deal Judicious?

The real deal, I mean?

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

Have em inject you or try Cialis/Viagra and see what happens. Just my opinion. Also, what do you mean by deformity?

My penis worked fine before all of this, period. My erections were so frequent and spontaneous that I actually found it to be an annoyance. I started the exercises not because I was insecure about what I had, but, because I’m a perfectionist. All I wanted to do is improve it, but all I did was damage it. My erections when I do get them are very soft and don’t last long without enough stimulation. As for the size, it’s about the same length, but the girth has decreased in size a fair bit. Even if I somehow get an erection strong enough for intercourse, I ejaculate within a couple of minutes. This is very unusual because I used to be able to last for a hell of a lot longer than that. It’s not psychological, trust me. I am a very anxious person by nature, and I’d NEVER had any problems with my penis before I screwed it up. After months of seeing no improvements, my depression has gotten to the point where I simply can’t stand it anymore. Please help me to understand what could be wrong and what I can do to fix it. I’m honestly running out of faith here.

I repeat, have em inject you or try Cialis/Viagra and see what happens. See how your erection is then. If it still isn’t working, it would be time to get some serious diagnoses from Urologists.

don’t add up.

Neither does the prominent veins yet no erection part.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains
