I’m with Mr. Happy and mgus on this one. Something not right here.

And neither does the idea of a damaged dick that has just contracted in girth. Almost universally we see that the major axis of retraction with an injured dick is lengthwise.

More prominent veins and decreased girth?

And then there’s your screen name, “Judicious?” To explain someone who appears on his third post talking about being overzealous?

I’m smelling troll.

Guys, I’m being dead serious about this. I didn’t really follow the newbie routine very closely nor did I research enough about the exercises before I did them. I never warmed up, and I did stretching every single time that I went to the washroom. I jelqed in an erect state, which I discovered was a terrible idea after the fact, and I never really gave it any rest. Please, everyone else has turned me away. I just need some advice. What can I do at this point? And should it get better?

How many times did you jelq in an erect state? Because if you did that every time that could be the cause right there.

I'm no rocket surgeon, but I always think twice before I give it a second thought.

I did it almost all the time because I could never keep my erection down while jelqing. So practically every time that I jelqed I did in a fully erect state. This went on for about two months before I started to notice problems. I’ve always suspected that was the problem all along, which is why I’m so worried.

Well I don’t know much about rehabilitation but at least you know the cause. Now two months is quite a bit of time especially if you were squeezing hard while you were doing it and going at it often but I think if you do a little research on rehabilitation and take it easy you should pull through plus look in to the bc muscle but don’t over do anything

Judicious,

You’ve probably beat the hell out of your dick by doing PE in an unsafe manner. You’re dick is not working properly because it is its way of telling you to fuck off for mistreating it. If you leave it alone, meaning no PE, no masturbating, no sex, no stroking it to see if it will get hard - it will heal and function again. You’d be best to accept that now, forget about your dick for a while and hit the gym steadily to occupy yourself.

Anybody remember John Wayne Bobbitt? Man, if his healed and worked again, I doubt a few months of incorrect PE could do permanent damage.

After you rest and your erections / performance returns, if you choose to resume PE you should seriously read and ask questions here BEFORE you start. You don’t need to go through this again.

Be patient and leave it alone.

How long do you think it’ll take? It’s already been six months but during that time I still masturbated and tried to have sex. I also tried doing the exercises again once or twice.which only made it worse. Do you really think it’ll return to normal? Because I really can’t deal with it staying like this forever. I’m lucky I have an understanding girlfriend, but I doubt she’ll be able to deal with this for very much longer and I’m worried. Oh, and is there anything I can do in the meantime to help speed the process along?

I’m with Wideload on this one. Also considering your anxiety issue its best to lay off and try to find a distraction til your back to normal.

I’m still skeptical about your “more prominent veins? I’d swear your issue has to be more on the psychological side as you must be getting blood flow down there. Your penis would shrivel to nothing without any night-wood, or erections in general.

You should have felt some warning of over-doing it during your workouts.

I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

2017: BPEL 6.8" / MSEG 5.3" / BG 6"

Off subject, but MGUS, that quote is friggin awesome.”Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.” I’ve used it a few times this week.

The warning signs were there. Premature ejaculation and the inability to get a full erection and maintain it. I should have stopped right there, but no, I had to keep going. My psychiatrist recently put me on prozac to help me with my depression, but so far, it’s not working. I haven’t seen any indication that’s getting better and I’m really scared. I have a large vein on the right side of penis that is quite noticeable while flaccid but it’s really disturbingly large whenever I get a slight erection. The other vein is the dorsal vein on the top of the penis; I never remember it being as pronounced as it is now and again, when slightly erect, it’s disturbingly large.

ThunderSS, do you think it’ll get better if I just leave it alone? I’ve already been to a urologist and he said that there’s no way I could damage myself through the exercises that I did.but that’s simply not true.

Look into the side effects of your meds first. Then try to work on the mental angle. Get your doc to put you on Viagra and see if you function normally. Myself, I would trust a urologist, that has examined me, long before I would guys on an internet forum.

Or you could buy some magic potions off of Lin.

Well see, I just went on the medication, not more than a week ago. So the prozac isn’t causing the problem. I’m trying to convince myself that I just traumatized my penis and that if I give a few months it’ll get better. Is that a lofty expectation?
