What's Wrong with me

Hi Guys,

Newbie here. But not a newbie in PE.

I’ve a problem with my penis after after some workout.
The last thing I remember doing is trying to lift a weight (<1kg) hanged to my penis.
So I had to kegel in order the have it pulled up. The same day I was doing a massage on my penis quite hard on erect state.
The next day I woke up and noticed some difference. I wasn’t able to get it up.
It was very scary. Ever since I’m having trouble with my erection.

4 months has passed, and I’m still having this problem. It take some time to get it hard and it only came to weak erection.
Once no stimulation done on it, it quickly go down.
Also I’ve lost sensation, no porn would wake it up.
Could it be pc muscle spasm? Or would there be any vein leakage due to massage in erect?

I’ve tried some medicine similar to viagra, but things just doesn’t seem right, since I’m not totally dysfunction.
I’ve went to see the doctor and he told me it was OK, but to me I don’t think so because I know what I’m experiencing.

I also noticed that in flaccid state, it seems to be a bit firm and does not retract like before.
And last thing is that, from it first started up to now, almost everyday I felt sort of kegel sensation (as if pc muscle not relaxed)

Please help me. What should I do?

Go to a urologist, a cock doc.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I don’t know how the doc told you that everything is ok, maybe he can say that it isn’t a big deal, but if you want it fixed then he has to do something, just don’t leave office till you get an answer IMO.

Stop masturbation at once.

The doc was a cock doc. That’s what he told me that it’s OK. And the firm flaccid state was due to too much stretching.
Another thing is that he advice me to soak it in cold water until the water becomes room temperature. I’m scared to do that, will that do more damage?

I’ve stop masturbating for 2 weeks. No problem for me since I have no urge to do it.. Don’t feel like wanna do it.
Could it be the penis over exhausted? I’ve stop PE for more than 3 months.

Sammie,

The cold water is a vasoconstrictor, meaning it reduces the amount of blood getting into your penis. As it warms it allows more in. It should not cause damage, be uncomfortable as hell, but shouldn’t cause damage.

I agree with the others, don’t take its OK when you know it isn’t. The doctor doesn’t have the problem, you do, make sure he understands that you want the problem solved. Be pro active at the doctor.

sunny A day without sunshine is like a day without laughter :sun:

I don’t really get what you did to hurt yourself, what do you mean by a hard massage are you talking about jelqs or very rough masturbation?

I agree with the others, you should make sure the doc understands you problem and eagerness to solve it, if he cant the find another doctor.

In the meantime I would stay away from masturbation and PE completely.

I’ve told him (the doc) the last thing I remember doing was trying to lift a heavy weight tied to my penis. I’ve use full force contracting my PC muscle to weight it up. He told me that it could be muscle spasm.
Ever since my erection weaken, take time to get it hard (not 100% hard). And when letting it go it straight away goes back down.
I’m also experiencing some sort of discomfort down below the testicle and before the anal. I guess that’s where the PC muscle is.
It felt like I’m doing kegel all the time when I’m not. I had to force it to relax. Later it goes back the same and again need to relax it.
It’s very annoying. Could this be the cause decreasing the blood flow?

I’ve took supplement such as Vimax to help me, but after stop taking it thing remains the same.

You definately need to go back and either see that doctor or someone else. Just remember, you’re paying them to see you. They’re the ones that need to listen to your problems and figure out a solution. It’s kind of a waste of money if they don’t give you an answer isn’t it? If he says something like that again you need to straighten him out and let him know that things weren’t like this before, and that you want testing done to figure out what steps need to be taken to get you back to normal. There is another type of doctor that specializes in these things, I can’t remember exactly what it was but they’re much better than urologists when it comes to this sort of thing. (Someone please fill in the blank for me there)

Also, I have no idea if this can actually happen so someone will have to help me on this but is it possible to tear the pc muscle like any other muscle? If it got torn when you kegeled with that weight then maybe it either didn’t heal or didn’t heal correctly and thats what is giving you that strange feeling and at the same time preventing you from getting an erection. Like I said, I have no facts to base this on or back it up with but if any of the vets around here wouldn’t mind helping out I’m sure they’ll have more information on the topic. Hope this helps at all,

House

After I sustained a long-term injury, much like the original poster, my urologist told me there’s nothing to fix these sort of things. I knew it and he knew it. The only thing that can help is the drugs he prescribes which can assist in healing it. If it wasn’t for me taking viagra/l-arginine before bed, I would probably still be in my injured state. Because if you aren’t taking the measures needed to heal it, it’s not going to heal itself sitting in that firm-limp state it’s in; trust me, I’ve waited 10 months to no avail. Heat wraps and a PDE-5 inhibitor before bed, or substitute that with l-arginine, and you should see some improvement after a short time.

Daysdrag,

Have you fully recovered? How long does it take to recover from it?

Do you also suffering the involuntary kegel?

Yes I have. Thank you. I’m just looking if there’s more option I can try.
I’ve ordered Gingko supp. Should arrive soon.

Hi Sammie79,

I really think you have damaged the suspensory ligaments. Lifting the weight, unfortunately I have experience of this. You need to see a pain specialist or have an MRI to confirm the injury. If it is the ligaments, have a course of local anaesthetic injections.

This is my opinion, Best of luck,
