What would most likely cause a bruised capillary?

Hey. I suffered a bruised/burst capillary, but I really can’t remember whether it was my manual stretching or my jelq squeezes that caused it. The bruise is on the underside of my penis midshaft. I just want to know which exercise I need to be more careful with in the future. Thanks a lot.

Most likely jelq squeezes. Ease up with the pressure.
