What routine should I start after injury?
Ok, I’m going to have to lay off of manual stretching for a while, because when I do, I sometimes bleed from my piss hole. (Horrible term)
I’m going to take a small break and let whatever needs to heal, heal. When I start back into PE, I’m thinking of doing jelqing only for a while; have any of you vets had any success with this strategy? If so, I need details, cause stretching is just causing me damage right now; even though I’m stretching lightly. Any sort of jelqing schedule that will keep assisting in length gains will be most helpful.
