What routine should I start after injury?

Ok, I’m going to have to lay off of manual stretching for a while, because when I do, I sometimes bleed from my piss hole. (Horrible term)

I’m going to take a small break and let whatever needs to heal, heal. When I start back into PE, I’m thinking of doing jelqing only for a while; have any of you vets had any success with this strategy? If so, I need details, cause stretching is just causing me damage right now; even though I’m stretching lightly. Any sort of jelqing schedule that will keep assisting in length gains will be most helpful.

You could try using the real term: meatus .

I had good results from doing only 100 jelq reps at a time, doing something else, then coming back to another jelq set later.

My advice on jelquing is that you should approach them gradually and not strangle yourself when you do them. Start with maybe 20, and add only 5 or so more each day. Soon you will be conditioned and able to do 100 effortlessly.

I’ve been doing the jelqs all along with my stretching routine; I’m up to about 100 at this point anyway.

I know this much my fellow Thunderians, I’m turning over a new leaf in PE. Everything I’m doing is going to be much lighter in intensity. I’ve read to many horror stories, and to see blood exit my penis; that just ain’t cool!

Here is how it’s going to be, and how it should have always been.

1. I’m always using heat for warm ups, warm downs, and during my routine.

2. When I jelq, I’m staying in the pleasure zone.

3. When I clamp, I’m clamping 2 notches less than what is tight enough; you still get thicker than normal and that has to lead to expansion. I will just do longer sessions cause my unit doesn’t grow nearly as mean and cold.

4. When I stretch, I’m using the Captn’s wench to pull the penis just at the point of when I feel a good tug, and then I’ll use tension over time as opposed to brute force.

Basically, everything I’m doing is going to feel good! PE is real, and so is damage; be safe and happy gaining to all, cause I plan on doing some serious gaining.
