what is this? need help

while hanging a vein must have bursted due to high pressure. I did not notive it until the hanging session was over. it was really dark afterwards. now, 4 days later, it is blue turning to red. however that’s not that problem. my main concern is the white dot in the middle. I am really worried. it must be where the vein bursted. it also feels a LITTLE harder than the surrounding tissue.

can someone please tell what this is, if it is a bad thing and if this heals without a doctor’s help. I would like to know everything you know.

Sounds like a blood blister to me. If you’re lucky you can get back to pe in a few weeks but you may have a perminant freckle there from now on.

the blood is not what concerns me. it will fade over time. I am worried about the white “knob” in the middle.
