Do you know how PE actually works?

I do get bored reading injury stories saying they had it for years. What’s controversial is, those who starts injury thread never went back to tell their recovery stories. This forum said 99% of injuries were minor and heals a few weeks or months.. But I could rarely find one.. Recovery stories I have read so far was no more than 10.. I hope all those guys who had injury and recovery would share their story to help out other who are having this desperate situation.

Most of those injures were to their head.
