Found those on another board. Thought it might be usefull to illustrate the need of being cautious when PEing. The pictures are rough, so be prepared.
The guy apparently was into extrem cockrings and such and couldn’t get his steel rings of. The doctors finally had to remove them with a drilling machine.
For me personally seeing this made me even more aware of the thin line some poeple are walking on.
