I took about 2 months off from any pe because my penis was not feeling as sensitive, my erections were not strong, and after I had ejaculated from jerking off fluid would build up right under the head like a doughnut. Finally last week my penis felt back to normal, my erections were that rock hard rigid erections and it was hanging nice. This week I start jelqing very light VERY low intensity and after that first session my unit goes back to how it was. I don’t know whats going on but now my erections are thick in girth but not strong and rigid like there is fluid in my shaft. After jerking off again I get that doughnut effect right under my head and my unit feels all tingly. I just don’t know if it’s a circulation problem, but it really does seem like there is fluid buildup but for what reason I don’t know. I have not pe’ed intense and I took ample time off.

I see that you have been a member for four years.. So first of all, It would be helpful to know if you have used any routine in this time; apart from the recent attempts. Also some details of your general health, Such as, do you bruise easily, or any other impact/health problems you might have.

You say you started off just jelqing and you had the problem. Can you confirm it was just jelqing and absolutely nothing else? Since jerking off is rather similar to jelqing. Does jerking off ever cause that problem? (I know from my own experience that a very extended (in time) masturbation can cause fluid build-up). So it is possible that you have exceeded your ‘Time limit’ Does any other particular exercise cause it? It might be worth just trying individual exercises that you have done to see if you can isolate the cause

So if you can give further details it would help to try to identify the problem.

I have tried several pe methods and routines. I have had some injuries as well during my time here. I have done the manual exercises jelqing and stretching. Then I went to the vacuu hanger for a while. I would start off very well with my routines actually seeing small gains but somewhere I would go wrong and hurt myself . I had done some more reading and figured I would try with a “less is more approach” since my unit seems very sensitive. I went into trying a very simple jelqing routine. I am talking 5 minutes every 2 days. Then every other day and upping the time slowly. Fort the first few weeks doing that I felt great, my unit hung lower, my erections were rock hard, and I was waking up with morning wood. I guess as I took less days in between then I started losing sensitivity, and my erections became weaker. It’s not like I was making drastic changes in my routine. Along with that when I masturbated like I said weak erections, but larger girth and after ejaculation my unit would feel tingly, the head was blotchy red and sometimes I would get the doughnut effect under my head. So like I wrote earlier I waited a few months to try lightly jelq again and again same effects. I am 28 in pretty good health, I have a varicocele but recently had it checked out again and no problems as far as the doc was concerned. High cholesterol but thats about it. I rather think you have found your own remedy but have not recognised it’s value. It maybe that the varicocele effect is a ‘no problem’ so far as your doctor is concerned, but if he doesn’t know that you are exercising your dick He can’t relate to the problem you have.

The simple remedy is to keep with the jelqing with two days rest, but maybe increase the jelqing time, and if you apply more pressure make it 3 days rest.

It seems that you damage easily in the pubic area. So it is possible that the back up of blood caused by the varicocele may have some effect on the other veins in the area, and your jelqing causes the blood flow to diminish, rather than increase giving you the symptoms.

IF this is the case, then you need to try and get more blood flowing in your penis. So perhaps it would be worth trying some kegels which would help pump the blood and move it around more. But keep a watch out for any problems with the veins in your scrotum after the kegels.

Your dick is giving you the warning signs when things are going wrong so you need to pay attention to what that is telling you and take more time off if necessary.

Whatever you do though Don’t try working the problem out by heavier, or more exercise. Just keep it fairly gentle.

Perhaps members with medical knowledge could offer further comments or warn against anything I have said, although I don’t think I have suggested anything too drastic.

Thanks again for the reply. Yes you are right my doctor does not know I am jelqing but I would say about 6 years back I had the surgery for the varicocele. Then just this past June I was feeling pressure in one of my testicles and a little aching. My phd examined me and said the varicocele might have come back and for me to see my urologist. I went to see him and got a sonogram back in November. He told me it hasn’t come back and that it would not effect my erections. November is not that long ago and if there was something wrong he would have spotted it. But thanks for the advice and the suggestions. You have been helpful and so has sparkyx wherever he is. He has mentored me here and there and been a huge help.
