So I’ve been messing around with some squeeze-type exercises…..

Afterward, there are some BIG blood spots…..not jelq-type pinpoints, but large hematomas on the head….never any pain, but some have been hard and palpable…..!

My question is, how conditioned does your unit have to be before you can actively start incorporating Uli’s into a PE workout? They are obviously highly effective, but the last thing I want to do is blow my penis up.

Are you still having these kind of major hematoma issues? These are not the norm. I would strongly suggest just doing jelqs, increasing the intensity of them and the time doing them in acclimating your dick first for the greater stresses from other techniques like squeezes.

Actually, no, I’m not anymore (doing Uli’s). I was just curious as to a response. I’m hanging now, going for length then girth. But Uli’s seem like a damn fine exercise. And a good way to make your dick explode. :)

I’ve had the same problems with squeezes. I’ve tried jelqs, but they did nothing for my girth. That’s why my girth workout is squeezes and ULIs only, 20 mins every other day. I get good results with that, about 1/3 of an inch in two months. Unfortunately, I sometimes got carried away and due to this got hematomas to a point where I couldn’t show my dick to my girlfriend, even when she wanted to have sex :-(
Now I’m taking it easier with the squeezes, and it seems to work well.

Would you guys mind sharing your squeeze / uli routines? I never get blood spots or anything else (including gains). I think my dick is made of steel or something. I keep hearing how great ulis are for girth and I’ve read everything I can about them but I can’t seem to get results. I can get up to a 1/4” EG increase while I’m doing them but as soon as I release the pressure I immediately go back down to normal.

If you don’t mind please tell me what exactly what you’re doing that is causing the anything (blood spots, gains, etc). I think I have superdick. I swear I even practically bend the thing into a pretzel at 100% erection and it doesn’t even blink. :helpme:

I can tell you how I get blood spots or make my veins burst. When your veins burst you know you have applied too much force. I get them from horses. I grab the base underhand with two fingers as low as possible and make a real tiny ok. I don’t continue till my dick is rock hard even my glans. While making sure no blood can flow away at the base I squeeze my glans and push it down, making my dick turn a light red, I try to avoid touching my shaft with that hand cause if I do then pop vein bursts where I touch the shaft. When I squeeze a lil too hard or hold it for too long my veins burst resulting in major blood spots.

I’ve always stayed away from Horse440s since it seems to balloon the shaft without giving the head any chance at expansion. If you were to get gains from this it would seem you’d end up with a large shaft with a tiny head on top.

I think I’ll give them a try again. They do seem to be the best way to build massive shaft pressure. Thanks Piet.

I usually get the small red dots from horses. I have to do only one and they’re there. As far as squeezing goes, I get a 90% erection (not 100%, if the interior of the penis gets too hard I damage the veins on the surface), apply an ok-grip as close to the base as possible, and slide the fingers up while moving the foreskin until I feel sufficient pressure has built up. This happens usually after 1/2 of an inch. Then I hold it for like 10 seconds and repeat. You could also kegel at the same time to increase the pressure inside your penis even more. Whenever a small vein bursts (big red spot), I immediately quit and apply heat an hour or so later.

I guess the movement I do is a mixture between a dry jelq, a squeeze and an ULI. I can build up a lot more pressure than with jelqs, and since both movements serve the same purpose, building up pressure in the glans part of the penis that is, I ommited jelqs entirely.

For me, 20 minutes of this every second day is enough. I have tried to work out more often, but my dick seems to recover quite slowly, thus I apply a rule from HIT-bodybuilding: More is not better, better is better :-)

So far this works well, and it’s quite a time-saver.
