Thrombosis

Hello all, I may have a problem. I’ll submit it in the format laid down in Firegoat’s recent post.
Age: 30
Health: very good, lifting or cardio 5-6 times per week
Diet: good diet with no processed food and very little sugar

Injury: I think I have thrombosis in a vein near the base. The vein is hard to the touch and holds its shape when touched. I was clamping prior to noticing this, and had worked my way up to 4 sets of 5 minute clamps with the cable clamp.
My question is what I can do to make this vein go back to normal and heal. Obviously I have stopped clamping…

What I plan to do:

Stop clamping until this is healed
25-50mg zinc per day
Vitamin E supplement
Continue working out as normal
Warm wrap once per day 10 min

Is it advisable to stop all forms of PE?
What about jelqing, hanging or water pumping?
Is it OK to edge / balooning?

I am married but away from my wife for the next 3 months so I won’t be having sex, but I wonder if masturbatoin and edging will hinder or help the healing process?

have to stop with all kinds of stimulation, I think it’s good to keep it always warm, so that the vein relaxes well, anything Go to the doctor

Take a look at this thread. Might be worth giving this a shot. Heat up, massage it in a few times a day. It is supposed to help for that kinda stuff but also increases blood flow - which is what I use it for.

I did order the components to erosets vein oil but due to my location it still had not arrived. It looks like an alternative to coconut oil which is what I currently use.

Hey guys I have a question about this too. You see the other day I also felt like I had a thrombosed vein, I know I’ve had a real one before because it was all stiff and another one was also tender.

The thing is this one that I had wasn’t stiff but it was tender , that’s the only real symptom I had but it’s strange that it only stung when I brushed it lightly and after that I had to stop touching it for a few seconds to feel the sting again. If I squished it around it felt normal there was no pain only when lightly brushed. If I wore a very mildly constricting cockring the brushing pain would go away as long as I had some engorgement, same during normal erection

It went away completely in three days gradually improving throughout.

What is it?
