thrombosed vein

Hello everyone,

2 weeks ago while doing some stretching I developed, what I believe to be, a thrombosed vein. I took a few days off, applied alot of heat, and it seemed to disappear. I started PE again the following day. The very next day it reappeared again. I haven’t done any more PE since,( 1 week ago) and have applied alot of heat to it again. This time, however, it doesn’t seem to be as willing to take a hike. Has anyone else here had any similar experiences? Thanks!!

Yes, they can be stubborn. Give it another week or two and then see how it is. The worst thing to do is PE again too soon and reinjure it because you have to start the (longer) break all over again.
