Thrombosed vein ... I think

Thrombosed vein ... I think

A couple of nights ago while massaging my shaft I felt a very small bump. Upon further investigation I noticed there were probably 3 bumps along the same line. There was no pain, no swelling, no nothing. Just those bumps, deep under the skin. I pulled and tugged and moved it around trying to determine if it was a vein or part of my ligs.

The vein is small (if it is a vein) and runs along the top of my shaft. The bumps are located about .5 inches from the base and extend in line for about another .5 or so inches. Not being certain I hung a few sessions the next night and they became more noticeable. So off to reading this forum again.

I cannot see this vein (if it is a vein). There is no discolloration or swelling. In fact, I have to really feel around to find the bumps tonight. Hence, I have a question or two.

First of all, no hanging till I figure this out. I have been applying hot wraps and massaging the area tonight. I’ve also taken asprin.

Does this sound like a thrombosed vein?

Or could it be part of the lig bundle on the top side of my shaft? If so, what next? What has happened? etc.?

I thought I had taken my time with PE. I’ve gradually worked up in weight while hanging (SD the majority of the time). Prior to this I did a lot of PJing. Till I heal or receive further guidance I am going to rest my tool.

I’d appreciate any comments.

A thrombosed vein feels like a thin cord or rope right under the skin, I can actually move it around…I have one that flares up if I get carried away…

Personally I would leave it for a few days...

and see what happens. I can’t say whether you have a thrombosed vein or not, but if you keep pe’ing and it turns out it was a thrombus, you will undoubtedly make it worse. I did this not long into my pe career after not giving myself enough time to heal. Ended up being out of the game for about 3 or 4 months.

Easier and faster to take the time off to heal sooner rather than later.

See Ya,

BigJ

I am all but convinced that it is a thrombosed vein. After a little bit more reading on here I came across some descriptions by others that sound very familiar. On a better note, on this second day of no PE I can only feel one bump along the vein. Even last night I was still feeling about 3, two of which were smaller than the one that remains. I’ll refrain from PE until it’s all well and fully healed. In addition to asprin, I am also taking 200 mg of ibupropren as advised by many. Heat and light massage is also being used.

Already my hands are shaking from PE withdrawal.

Thanks for your comments.

Tonight I conducted a VERY thorough examination of my shaft. Here is what I found.

What I have called a thrombose vein is colorless from beginning to end. The “thing” lays on top of my ligs running along the top side of the shaft. There is no pain.

Using my hands I stretched my penis and felt of the area. In a stretched state I can feel the strands of ligs running center down the top side. Folks, this “thing” on my shaft lays on top of the other ligs. It feels the very same as the other ligs. When I stretched the shaft it layed in line with the other ligs.

In an old injury post on Thunder’s Place I was able to read a description by several members of an injury that sounded EXACTLY like mine. They, too, hypothesized that a lig had protruded from it’s normal path. In other words, I guess you could say that it popped out of the band of ligs.

Considering all the written information and visual and felt evidence from a very thorough examination, I am convinced tonight that my problem is not a thrombosed vein, but a lig.

If I am correct … what now? I don’t know. I will continue to 3 r’s - rest, read, re-evaluate.

Your comments are more than welcomed!

Sitting here laughing my butt off. In one post I am convinced that it is a thrombosed vein. In the next I am convinced that it is a lig out of wack. Heck, I should have been a politician seeing that I can play both sides of an issue.

Regardless of what it is, it “ain’t” normal … LOL
