after 4 full days of rest my large brown/red dot is 90% healed.
I will wait one more full day before PE’ing.
I’m also wondering how detrimental they are to erection quality/gaining. And are you doing permanent damage when you get them, or do the busted capillaries (which I think cause them) grow back? I’ll do what I can to prevent them, but I’d like to know if these red dots are making my mild ED worse and if they are indicators of more serious damage going on below the surface.

I agree with the first post. Don’t tell me you’re getting worried about those red things along the shaft. Feel positive emotion when you look at those.

I’ve been doing these PE off and on for years now. I’ve gained next to nothing. In girth or length. So assuming that my penis had toughened up as I’ve literally been doing it for years, I decided to start clamping after a very light jelq workout. And EVERY single time I clamp after my first few sessions I get the little red dots. Usually in a ring shape around my penis. And my GF has noticed it a few times so now I’m scared she’ll think I have an STI from someone or something. Any advice? Because when I clamp, the pump I get is awesome, I gain a little length but half an inch in girth (whilst clamped and not permanent). But I’m hoping that Continued clamping will make those gains permanent.
So I wish to continue clamping, just without those damn burst blood vessels or whatever else they are!
I recently had an alarming encounter with the little red dots today. After a night of lengthy, rough, and furiously hot sex with my girlfriend, I developed a symptom where one of my veins felt like a guitar chord run under the skin from mid-shaft to head. There was also some minor localized swelling. OK, I thought, no big deal, I’ve encountered this before. I waited until the symptoms had subsided, and then a couple days more, totaling about a week, and then picked up on my old routine.
Once I’d done forty dry jelqs and two Horse440s my dick was just covered in red dots. It looked like blood was about to start out of dozens of tiny holes distributed up and down the length of my shaft. To borrow a phrase from Alex of A Clockwork Orange, it was real horror show.. But ultimately, I believe, not a big deal. I just jumped back into my old routine (which was pretty intense) without reconditioning myself. Once those dots disappear (or forty eight hours from now, whichever happens last) I’ll spend the next couple weeks doing a less intense routine until my body can handle what it was able to before.
So I suppose the point of this whole post is that one should slowly re-acclimate to an old routine after a period of deconditioning, which apparently can occur in as little time as a week.
