Thombosed Vein vs Clogged Lymph Vessels

What Happened ? Injury

Hello guys

I have been doing PE for more than a month after being off for couple years. Last weekend I was jelquing and did my exercises normally; however, at the end I discovered a small vein or ligament on the upper side of my penis, (looking it from up to down).

I have stopped PE because I do not want to have a bigger problem. I am not sure what is the problem, because it does not hurt a lot but it is
Uncomfortable.

It feels like a small tube full of air in the middle section of my best friend. When I try to touch it, it moves. During my erection it is bigger but you can not see it but you can touch it

Any help, advice or instructions ?

If you had the same problem what did you do and how long did you face it?

Thank you

Mayor

It isn’t very clear from your description. It sounds like minor phlebitis (inflammation of a vein) of probably the main dorsal vein (on the top of your penis). If so, just rest until it has settled and then be gentle when you start to jelq again.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

So I been doing PE for about 3 weeks. 2 weeks ago one morning I had hard erection when I woke up well I decided to masturbate and instantaneously while I was stroking on the backside right to the side of my frenulum or glans a bump appeared. I immediately stopped. Its hard when I touch it but doesent hurt. Looks like theres little veins going to it. Its been there for 3 weeks now. What do I do?

I Need A Big Dick

Hey so I have already talked about my “guessed” lymph build up problem with sparkyx and firegoat.
In my research over the web I found a few links which could be interesting.
Here are drawings of the lymphatic system parts which are of interests to us PEers.

And here is the article which may help understand how it all works (scroll down to genitals):

You need to check your lymph nodes in the groin area first, and drain them if needed.

(By the way super thread , lymph is not a very well known subject so to have these kind of help on how to treat minor lymph problems is great)

Hello everybody

I am quite new in the forum, I am having some lymph build up problem recently. In another forum I was suggested to try with castor oil pack

and I feel a lot moving down there like a sort of extra circulation if you guys want to give it a try.

Just have a question, how do a reckon that a lymph node in the groin is swollen or not?

Should I postpone my jelqing and girth work until this goes away?

I’ve had it for 5 days and it definitely still hurts. I haven’t done any PE, but have still been having sex.

My case was similar.. Left a cockring on overnight by accident. It was a softie so I had forgotten, but still restricted flow enough.

I’m curious now, whether massage is best or leaving it completely alone.. It the problem is just buildup then massage would be indicated, but it seems it would stay gone. If the problem is trauma and it needs to heal, then it would be better not to touch it at all.

I have always been able to manually drain these lymph vessels until recently I could not. It seemed to just get more inflamed the more I pressed on it. So I took one of those short silicone comfort sleeves and placed it under my glans and the light compression did the trick! Also I think the anti inflammatory meds help too.

Do you mean that you wore the sleeve during PE to prevent it or that you wore it as much as possible in general and it reduced it or what?

Tntjockey this is the one that helped me. Page 7 post 96 by firegoat. For Panamera911 injury.

What do we think about using a Tens unit to encourage lymphatic drainage ?

Worth trying ?

Not in my opinion. I don’t think it would help.

Fair enough, was thinking since the lymph system is largely driven by muscle movement it might help.
I have a bad blocked vessel at the minute but due to a medical condition I can no longer take aspirin or any NSAIDs which have helped in the past, heat and massage aren’t working so I was looking around for alternatives.

Did you check you lymph nodes (inguinal in particular)?
