Thombosed Vein vs Clogged Lymph Vessels

I did try heat and gentle massage before these 3 months, but had no results, so I asked for advice from sparkyx and I was told that I should wait and let my body heal itself.

Well sometime I have a little discomfort when I stretch because it’s in the way.

I also think I may have one on the front of my penis behind the glans, this one feels harder.

So what should I do?

It’s unusual that it hasn’t resoved in 3 months. As stated earlier in the thread, you need to feel for any lymph vessel problems after every session and sort them as soon as possible.

You have 2 choices; either start some gentle PE again but stop if you have more than a minimal level of dicomfort, or if it makes things worse, or stop any PE until everthing is back to normal. If I’d had your penis for the last 3 months I’d be able to tell you which was best, but only you can make the call; I can’t tell you what to do in this case reluuk.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Oh ok, I think I will wait a little longer, 2 more months max, thanks you for the reply.

I thought I may have damaged my superficial dorsal vein, but I think it’s lymphatic fluid, because it is hard and in the same location as my superficial dorsal vein. The link below is worth a read;

Thrombosed vein 3 weeks in

Hello everyone,

I’m new to PE, was 1.5 weeks in to p90, amazing EQ quality increase etc.

Then tried correcting the minor curve to the left of my penis while jelqing. Was 80-90% erect, after like 20 jelqs with right hand side tighter during jelq I noticed a huge cord like vein just under the glans (1mm below glans).

Since the cord has decreased in size to the width and length of 2 pieces of rice like a little hard worm. Below that is another vein that is quite soft and swollen, about the size of a bean.

So basically the right top hand side of my penis is injured and has a significant amount of swelling of the tissue, as well as swollen vein with another that is hard and thin nearer the glans.

I assume its a thrombosed vein as from what I have read blocked lymph channels seems to clear after a few days or with massaging.

I have had several hot baths and tried to massage the blocked vein, but if I put too much pressure on it, it becomes more irritated and inflamed. Also been taking vitamin e and had several ibuprofen until recently as don’t want to ruin my liver.

There is minor sharp pain when the vein is squeezed and occasionally when resting.

Has anyone has a similar issue that has lasted weeks-months? If so please share timeframe and treatment..

Also went to GP who said wait it out.

Lymph channels do not always clear after a few days unless you catch them early. They nearly always feel like a ‘string of pearls’, although there may only be one or 2 pearls (valves). Really you should check for any lymph blockages after every single PE session, and try to clear them immediately. Start with any close to the base first and working towards the glans; it won’t work if you have a string of blocked valves and start at the head end. The longer you leave them, the longer they stay. Massaging should be done very gently, as described earlier in this thread; being aggressive with the massage could potentially damage the tissue as it tries to heal.

I have found gentle heat and gentle massage have always worked if they are caught early - usually I can get rid of blocked lymph vessels within 15 minutes of finishing a routine, although if I have used an over-tight cockring or similar and they have been there a few hours, I sometimes have to work on them very gently for a few minutes every hour for half a day. The longest I’ve had one last was 3 days.

I believe thrombosed blood vessels are much more rare. Blood vessel damage in PE is usually from excess pressure in the vessel, and rather than a thrombosis inside the vessel, the vessel splits, causing what looks like a deep blood-blister and often bruising around the area. Those usually appear to heal within a few days, but can remain a weak spot for a couple of months or longer, coming back to haunt you every time you use much pressure. After they are healed enough to take gentle strain (around a week) a stretching routine with a few very light jelqs can be done. Keeping to a stretch routine and avoiding anything that generates much internal pressure is advisable for at least 3 weeks, depending on how bad the blood vessel damage was to start with.

You will be safe taking Ibuprofen up to the stated dose as long as you don’t have any underlying problems. Some people take them for years on a daily basis. The dose levels suggested are usually safe for 12 year olds upwards - I’m guessing you are heavier than most 12 year olds.

If in doubt, waiting it out usually is a safe option. Keep us informed about how your recovery goes; that’s of huge help to others in the future. Thanks.

Try the DMSO treatment. There is a detailed thread in this section about it.

I have been doing it for a week and have noticed my glans seems visibly larger and redder and my erections seem harder.

Obviously a week isn’t long enough for any realistic evaluation, but early signs are encouraging.

I use DMSO for joint recovery also and the results there are immediate and dramatic. I’m a 52 year old soccer player who plays 2-3 times a week and some days its a challenge to walk the next day after a tough game.

With the DMSO I am pain and tightness free immediately.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

So here’s what I found today while doing some PE. I’m not sure if it formed today or before but I’ve never seen it prior. Please let me know if this would be considered a blocked lymph or otherwise. Freaking out from my very first PE related injury.

By the way, it feels hard to the touch. As if there is a small sized pea in there that doesn’t seem to get any smaller when I massage it. Thanks for any help in advance.

I can’t be sure from the picture. Usually blocked lymph vessels feel more like a string of tiny pearls, rather than one lump. Take a break and see how quickly it goes away.

Thanks firegoat. Do you think it may be the cause of a ligament pop? I ask because its in the area where my pubic bone is and in the picture I’ve stretched my penis out to show the effected area. Otherwise, without an outstretched penis, the thing wouldn’t show.

There's principalities in the whole thing.

It looks like a clogged lymph vessel.

I had one in the exact same spot a few weeks ago.

It’s been healing well.

Do you feel any soreness?

Wow, okay. What did you do to help it heal? I soaked it in the Jacuzzi and massaged it today but I couldn’t get it to go down.

There is some soreness, but I’m not sure whether its from injury or just me massaging that spot for so long. Did you have any soreness?
