If you’ve had it longer than a week I’d stop massaging it as it can perpetuate any inflammation.
Best thing is to leave it be.
As far as PE, kegels and stretching should be fine but If you’re careful.
Hmm ok, other ppl here recommended massaging it. You sure that stretching is more safe than massaging? The injury is like a hard string when the penis is stretched out. Thats why I’m hesitant about having it in that condition (the injury was a result of too heavy hanging).
