Thombosed Vein vs Clogged Lymph Vessels

Best thing is to leave it be.
As far as PE, kegels and stretching should be fine but If you’re careful.

Hmm ok, other ppl here recommended massaging it. You sure that stretching is more safe than massaging? The injury is like a hard string when the penis is stretched out. Thats why I’m hesitant about having it in that condition (the injury was a result of too heavy hanging).

Massage is fine in the early days when the lymph fluid blocking the vessel is still fairly soft and can be moved.
The problem is after it’s been there for for a while it hardens and further massage wont move it and just causes more inflammation.
Best to leave it and let your body break it down.

This is just my experience, I had a bad one about a year ago which I tried working on for weeks, it only dissapeared when I left it alone.

As far as stretching goes if you’re worried don’t do it, you know your body better than anyone.

I’d still use heat and gentle massage; but we will all recommend what has worked for us. I would know if I was causing any inflammation (heat, soreness, itchiness, redness or just general discomfort are obvious signs). If you feel the massage isn’t working for you, just rest it.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I think it depends where the blockage terminates.
If you can feel the end point on the penis then it’s probably fine to massage from that point.
If the hard vessel continues into your groin beyond where you can feel it then there’s maybe no point massaging it as it has nowhere to drain.

That would be my guess, Firegoat knows more than I do though.

Thx alot guys I’ll see what I do I’ll prob keep massage it a little bit but atleast I’m gonna put heat on it very reguraly.

Hey about masturbating and or sex should that be kept at a minimum during this injury?

Do you think it will help in the healing? I don’t.

No I don’t think it helps that why I ask if you should avoid it.

You already knew the answer so try trusting in your judgement. Asking questions always helps but so does believing in yourself.

The string was first shaped like a Y now one of the “upper parts of the Y is cut off, but the other (thats still there) is instead like longer? What does this indicate.

Hi all I encountered a little problem 3 days ago, at 1st I was freaked out but after some research I think I either have a Thrombosed Vein or Clogged Lymph Vessel and I’m not sure which of both is it. So far I understood that the treatment for both is to lay off PE and apply heat and that is what I’ve been doing and the swelling isn’t so big as it was the 1st time I saw it. I will upload some pics in case someone of you know what exactly it is and how can I get rid of it.

P.S. The 1st(left) Picture is on the right side just behind the glans and the 2nd Picture is somewhere around the middle of the shaft.

Why isn’t anyone answering please I need to know what is happening should I apply something warm or cold to it ? I’ve read a lot of posts and seen that other guys had the similar problems. Is really nobody there who can help me ? :( :(

Really hard to diagnose anything from photos.
Have you read through the entire thread ? Should be more info than you could want.

If you’d like a more official take on it then give this a read.

The best cure is nearly always to rest it.

Yes I’ve read a lot about it! From Sclerosing Lymphangitis of Penis to Lymphocele of the Penis and also a lot of similar stuff but my question is why do I have one “guitar string cord” on the right side right beneath my glans and something like bubble around my middle shaft just beneath the big vein which comes from the base and what are this things ? Do they normally occur together ? Because all I’ve read is that either one of the things happens or the other ? I feel absolutely no pain or itching and have no problems with EQ whatsoever all I know is that I need to give it a time. 3-4 days have already passed and the “guitar string” is a lot smaller but it’s still there and you can see it but the bubble thing isn’t getting any smaller, on the contrary I think it’s getting a little bit harder when I touch it but it’s the same size as it was before . Should I massage them or apply some oil on them what should I do to speed up the healing does anybody has any idea ?

Hi worthtrying.
I hope you don’t mind me quoting part of your PM to me, but you would have had a lot more success trying to get an answer in this thread if you had included the detail of how the injuty occured, rather than just saying you ‘encountered a little problem 3 days ago’. History/causative factors are about all we have to go on in cases like this; photos don’t really show anything (everyone’s penis looks different and what freaks someone out may be perfectly normal for someone else - some are smooth, some are lumpy, some have prominent veins, some have very visible hair follicles etc.), and we are unable to feel your penis for ourselves!
You said in the PM:

I didn’t really write how I got the injury though so here’s the story. I wore my extender for 5 days for about 5-8 hours a day but on the 6th day I wanted to rub one out immediately after wearing the extender for about an hour and ended up injuring myself but this time I got the vertical “guitar/string” cord on the right side about an inch behind my glans and something like a bubble underneath the big vein in the middle of my shaft. The guitar/string” cord doesn’t move if I pressed it but now is a lot smaller than the 1st time I saw it and the “bubble thing” moves when I press on it.

You don’t say what type of extender it is/how it attaches, but I imagine it rubs/compresses the veins behind your glans, which is very likely to cause phlebitis (an inflammation of the veins), which is neither a thrombosis nor a clogged lymph vessel. It will just feel like a hard-walled, thick vein. It will go away in 2-3 weeks if you don’t irritate it, so just leave it alone - no massage, nothing. The ‘bubble thing’ is likely to just be an accumulation of fluid and inflammation around some minor tissue damage. In such injuries the tissues often get harder before starting to recover. Again, leaving it alone is going to be your best option.

It’s not possible to reliably diagnose over the web, even for those qualified to diagnose, but plenty of us have had a wide range of minor injuries over many years of doing PE and we recognise what we should worry about and what to not sweat too much about - I’ve had both the things you describe, several times. Just rest and don’t worry about it, but when they are gone don’t rush back into full-on PE or they will comeb back easily. Ease back in slowly over time.
